Today something interesting happened. I saw someone lurking outside my house, wandering aimlessly. He was dark. His features strong, jawline prominent. His eyes, so hazel and bright, filled with wonder. The only thing setting him off from creepy was his bright blonde hair, that shone in the sunlight. It almost seemed to sparkle.

I wondered what he was doing and what he wanted, so I hurried outside into the cool autumn wind.

“Can I help you with something?” I asked.

When he turned to me, the bewilderment in his eyes were gone. His hazel eyes turned to stone and his blonde hair turned black. He was staring into my soul. I could feel it. So much anxiety was running through me that I felt as though all the oxygen was leaving my body slowly and painfully.

Just as I opened my mouth to speak, the man, creature, was gone.
