“He is on the same year as me. Pretty clever guy,” Kyuhyun says, more serious this time. “His flat mate is just moving out to live with his girlfriend and Donghae is looking for someone to replace him. It’s pretty good deal. The apartment is big; Donghae is bit sloppy but on the bright side he pays three quarter of the rent.”

“So, where’s the catch?” asks Hyukjae, knowing better than believing in perfect situations.

“Nowhere, in fact,” Kyuhyun shrugs. “Donghae pays more because there is always someone to stay the night. But he rather doesn’t throw big parties, unless it’s mutual agreement,  and he keeps his business in terms of his own bedroom.”
