The taxi van drove down the middle of the street slowly. The five clueless boys stared out at the worn-out houses and the thugs that littered the streets. Kids playing hopscotch and jumping rope stopped to stare at them as the van came to a stop in front of a small, two-story, yellow house, the paint practically melting off it.

"Okay," the taxi driver said, "this is the house." He got out and the boys followed each taking their bags from the driver as he got them out of the back. Mir was the first to respond with a tug on Byunghee's shirt.

"Yeah, what is-" Go's words died as he turned and was met with a 6'3 tall black man in baggy blue jeans and a white wife beater. He looked down at Go then over to Mir before examining the other boys. No one said anything. The van drove off and Joon looked around noticing thatthe men that had once been sitting on the stairs were now standing up.

"Hyung," Mir muttered to Seungho "what do we do?" Before Seungho could reply the front door to the yellow house opened and two women came out, the youngest held a bundle in her arms.

"What the hell you boys think ya doing?" the older woman yelled as they walked down to stairs. The boys began to back up as the older woman ranted at them.

"Take your child, brother." the smaller, younger girl said, handing the bundle to the taller man. The girl looked at boys.

"Don't threat." she said in Korean as she pointed to the once intimidating man, now cooing the bundle in his arms. "His bark is worse then his bite."

"I'm Cherish Baron." the girl continued. "That man," she pointed to the still cooing 6'3 giant, "is my brother, Justin Smith. That woman," they all looked at the woman still nagging at the group of men. "That women is our mother, Karen Smith. The bundle is 3 month old, Hope Smith, Justin's daughter."

"They already know who you all are: Yang Seungho, Jung Byunghee, Lee Changseon, Park Sanghyun, and Bang Cheolyong." Before any of the boys could say anything, Justin was handing Hope to Cherish and Karen was pushing the boys into the house.

"We made supper." Cherish said as everyone sat in the living room. "Justin has to work tonight so he won't be eating with us." Justin walking into the living room wearing a pair of black dress pants and shoes, a white button-up shirt, and a black silk vest. He gave Hope a kiss and nodded to the boys before ruffling my hair.

"I'll be back later." Justin said kissing his mother on the forehead. "Lock the door behind me. I'll be home around 3:30." Karen nodded and followed him to the door.

After Justin left, we all gathered in the dinning room. Karen sat at the head of the table, Cherish sat beside her, Hope tucked close to her. Seungho and Go sat on the side Cherish was on. Mir sat across from Cherish and Joon and Thunder sat with Mir. Karen held out her hands and Cherish took it. Mir looked at her hands.

"We pray before we eat." Cherish said. The boys nodded and took each others hand, Seungho holding her arms. Everyone bowed their heads and Karen blessed the food.
