The three of the firmly placed their feet on the ground shoulder width apart as they turned their heads to face the cloudless sky.  I simply stood back and watched the three of them curiously with a blank face.

Sehun took a deep breath in and released it in a short puff; seconds later a strong wind whipped through the air above our heads making the tree branches bend.  Suho blinked a few times as he stared up at the red sky before cocking his head a little, his full attention on the vast space high above us.

I could see the smile slowly grow on his face as he continued to watch the slowly brightening sky.  Wondering what was making him smile so suddenly I turned my head upwards as well to try and figure out what was going on.

My breath hitched as I too watched the sky.  The once cloudless sky wasn’t so cloudless anymore.  Not even a minute ago when I looked at the sky there wasn’t even a spec of wispy clouds, but now large dark clouds were rolling in and covering the rising sun completely.

“What’s going on?”  I whispered as I continued to watch the mystery above my head.

“Clouds are just condensed water molecules in the atmosphere.”  Suho said as he turned his gaze away from the sky to look at me.  “Clouds are visible condensed molecules of water vapor in the air.  All I’m doing the making the water vapor cluster together to form these clouds.  If I ake them big enough, I can make storm clouds; Chen here is going to provide the real storm with your help for practice while Sehun and I make sure this seems as acts like an actual storm while you are busy training.”

Whoa!  That’s so cool!  I think to myself as I look back up at the now dark sky fully covered with dark scary looking clouds.  The wind was still howling over our heads but never entering the yard.  With a single blink of an eye rain started to fall from the clouds, but not a drop came into the yard.  T was as if an invisible force field kept it from touching us, just like the wind never blew through the yard.

“Enjoy your storm, I’m going back inside.”  Sehun grumbled as he started making his way inside.  “Lay Hyung do you have any extra eggs?”  I heard him call before the door shut firmly behind him.

“I’ll leave you to your training then.”  Suho said bidding goodbye as he to made his way back to the house, “Try not to hit anybody please.”

“Got it Hyung!”  Chen called before Suho shut the back door with a small nod of his head.

“Did – did they really just do that?”  I asked in disbelief.

Chen nodded his head happily.  “Cool huh?  That’s just one thing those two can do when they combine their powers.  Now that Sehun is even more powerful I’m sure they can do a lot more then they could before, plus it will probably last a lot longer.”

I hummed as I continued to watch the storm the two boys just made in less then five minutes.  I wouldn’t have thought it possible if I hadn’t just witnessed it before me. These boys truly were amazing and powerful.  I was just starting to see a little of what they could do.

The sky lit up white for the briefest moment before a loud crack was heard.  I blinked before looking over at Chen.  “The real storm starts now.”

“Did you do that?”  I asked him as yet another flash filled the sky.

“Of course.  This is our storm, it’s not natural in the least so the three of us are currently determining what happens and when it happens.”  Chen chuckled as he watched me.  “Now for you to learn how to do this.”

“Just the lightning right?”  I asked him cautiously.

Chen let out a long loud laugh, “Yes Sky, just the lightning.  I don’t expect that you will be able to make a whole storm all on your own any time soon.”

Letting out a sigh of relief I turned back to look at the storming sky that never touched us.  “How long can the two of them keep this storm going for?”

“About as long as we need it.”  Chen said in thought.  “I think the longest they were able to do this before was five hours, but they are better trained and more powerful now so I really can’t say what their limit is anymore.”

That’s pretty impressive.  Seven hours of a storm fully controlled by three boys, that’s kind of crazy but extremely cool.  “How big is this storm anyway?”  I asked once again.

Chen once again went silent in thought while I watched the sky.  Again the sky lit up white as lightning flashed in the clouds.  “Covers about the whole city and a little further into rural areas so it doesn’t seem to suspicious.”

“Whoa.”  I say in awe.  These boys really are powerful, how else would they be able to make a storm this big and strong in a matter of minutes.

“Are you done questioning everything?”  Chen pulled me away from my awestruck thoughts.  I looked over a him, “Can we get started?”

I nodded; a little excited to learn about this.  This seemed rather cool to be honest.  Chen motioned for me to take a seat on the ground.  Sitting down I crossed my legs as he did the same in front of me.  “Unlike with the other’s Specialties you’ve learned so far, mine isn’t and actual element you can simply understand and manipulate.  You need to understand and comprehend how it wo

Chapter 23: Hi Wynter~!
It’s been awhile and I hope that you’re doing well. I’ve noticed since all of the craziness that’s been happening that lots of people are reverting back to the things that brought them comfort when they were younger. This chapter reminded me of that and I wanted to say that this fic of yours is definitely something I truly hold near and dear to my heart.

It reminds me of simpler times in middle school and high school and all the times I’ve read this to escape reality. Your story brings me comfort and joy each and every time. Throughout college I’ve been trying to re-read this from the beginning whenever I can (I’m probably on attempt three or four now? Lol), but I never really had enough time to due to school. As I’m trying to read every single chapter again, I just wanted to say how thankful and grateful I am to you for creating this story. I and many others have thoroughly enjoyed it over the years, and will continue to for many more.

You are truly an amazing and talented writer, and it’s admirable how you can create worlds and bring this much happiness to so many people with your words. It’s crazy to see how much things have changed (for EXO) since the beginning chapters, but that’s just part of life haha. I sincerely wish and hope you’re doing well and that you’re taking care of yourself. Much love <3
