“Thank you for the ride, Mr. Im” You bowed a little while unfastening your seat belt.

EXO’s manager, Im Hyun Kyun, gave you an appreciated smile and reminded you gently, “I’ll see you tomorrow morning outside the SM Entertainment building at 8?”

You nodded your head lightly, your eyes a little droopy due to the fatigue. “Dae, see you tomorrow ahjussi.” You assured him before shutting the door.

You slowly turned the keys through the door lock and gently open the door, trying your best to keep as silent as you can so that you won’t wake anybody up. It was already past midnight, if your parents knew that you came home so late, you’d be in deep trouble! The moonlight shone through the small gap of the half-opened door, casting a shadow of a man on the ground. You gasped a little only to realise it was your brother, seating on the sofa, waiting for you.

“Oppa?” You whispered softly.

He stood up and walked towards you. You’re finally able to see his face as the faint light shone on his perfect face. He gave you a worried look and asked, “Why are you so late? You’re lucky that I’m home today and I told appa and omma to turn in first!”

You gave him a mischievous grin and patted his arms, “Don’t worry oppa, I was handling some work. I got an official job already! Aren’t you proud of me?” You smiled widely like you’re the luckiest girl on Earth (but honestly, you can consider the luckiest already, aren’t you?). You lightly close the door behind you.

“Really?” His expression clearly shows that he is suspicious of your words. “Who is the unlucky person who will hire you?” He jokingly said and chuckled softly.

“Yah! Hong Ji Wook!” You shot him a glare and pouted.

He covered your mouth with his hands and placed a finger to his lips. “Yah, Hong Ji Yoon! Do you want to die?” He whispered, eyes darting around the big house. “I believe you, alright? What are you working as? What about your part time job as a model?”

“I’m quitting that, of course! I’m hired as EXO’s new assistant!” You squealed softly, trying to contain your excitement.

Ji Wook’s eyes widened in disbelief, “Jjin jja?! You’re so dead if appa finds out!”

“Ara! But, I really really want to! You’ll help me keep this secret right, my dearest oppa?” You pleaded and attempted your ‘puppy eyes’ technique. You knew he will always help you.

Ji Wook hesitated for a moment before nodding his head and let out an exasperated sigh.

“I still think this is absolutely absurd! It’s against the rules!” Kyungsoo ruffled his hair, feeling frustrated. He threw his jacket on the sofa as he stepped into their dorm.
