Description
Chanyeol, a 23 year-old crime scene investigator, is determined to track down a serial killer targeting females, but there's one catch that makes the chase impossible: he has nothing to go on.
It's as if the murderer is a ghost: taunting Chanyeol with a slip of paper left at every killing that reads "Tick, tock goes the clock" and nothing else.
Foreword
After hearing her head clunk onto the rotten wood of the table, the man quietly cleaned up and piled everything into a large briefcase he had brought along with him. Finally, he took out a slip of paper from his front pocket and tucked it underneath Alice's unmoving head.
Leaning down towards her ear, he breathed, "Cyanide, my dear Alice. Not almonds."
Then he left her in the middle of the night with nothing but a note that read, "Tick, tock goes the clock."
