"morning hyungs" sungjong greeted his hyungs brightly

"morning sungjongie" sungyeol greeted the maknae with a hug "did you sleep well?"

"yup" the younger one replied.. he almost lost his smile when he saw myungsoo didn't even turn to look at him like his other hyungs but thankfully he got distracted when woohyun pulled him to the din ing table to eat

"waaaaaa... hyung this looks yummy" sungjong clapped at the sight of the food

"of course, only the best for our beloved maknae" woohyun smiled as he ruffled his head

everyone was quietly eating when sungjong noticed hoya was not there "oh.. where is howon hyung?"

"he went out for a bit..he said he'll be back soon" dongwoo replied

just then the door to their dorm opened revealing a hoya with some plastic bags in hand

"hey guys" he greeted them recieving smiles and nods from the others "jongie...the person i was looking forward to seeing" he exclaimed as he made his way to sungjong..he out the bags on the floor then asked sungjong to stand up.. he took sungjong's chair then pulled the maknae on his lap

"hyung..there's an extra chair there" sungjong pointed at the empty seat beside dongwoo

"ani.. i wanted you to sit on my lap..because i bought you somethings" hoya smiled as he grabbed the bags,,

"really? what is it?" sungjong said excitedly

"first i got you some banana milk..." hoya said as he took the said drink out then placing the straw then giving it to sungjong.. "and this...jajan!!!" a cute little white teddy bear with a pink bow on it

"waaaaaaaaaaa...this is so cute hyung... but why are you giving me presents?" sungjong asked cutely..

"coz..you have been doing well in school and in our practices maknae a..so i decided to give you a reward" hoya replied with a smile

"wow...aren't you just the sweetest howonie" sungyu smiled

as the other members are gushing at howon's gestures towards the maknae.. a certain kim myungsoo was keeping a poker face although his grip on his spoon has obviously tightened

"komawo howon hyung...you're the best!" sungjong said and hugged hoya tightly

that did it for myungsoo... he stood up and excused himself and left for his room...

"what's up with him? is he sick? does he have a problem? should we go check on him?" sungjong asked in panic

"no.. let him be.. he's just being his myungsoo self" dongwoo smirked knowing fully well that they have proof that kim myungsoo does have feelings after all...

"oh it's a freee day today.. should we go somewhere?" sungyeol asked

"where do you guys want to go? hyung is feeling generous today" sungyu said making the members cheer in happiness

"amusement park!"

"beach!"

everyone was shouting where they wanted to go...

"maybe we should let our maknae decide" woohyun said

"you guys are being too nice to me today hyungs... it's not my birthday...moya ige? mollae camera?" sungjong asked with suspicion

"ani... it's always the hyungs that are telling you what to do..so today ..will be uri maknae's day" sungyu said with the other hyungs nodding in agreement

"so..where does my sungjongie want to go?" hoya asked sweetly as he tightens his hug on the maknae's waist

"hmmmmm......beach... we haven't gone to the beach in a while" sungjong replied

"alright boys.. go get ready...i'm going to ask manager hyung to borrow the car..dongwoo can just drive for us" sungyu said

"wae?! dongwoo hyung will drive?i don't want to die" sungyeol said in a fake panic

"yah! i can drive well" dongwoo said playfully hitting the choding's arm...

"alright go get ready... tell myungsoo too..."

the boys drove to the beach.. it will be quite the drive though...

dongwoo was driving.. sungyeol sat shotgun... in the middle was myungsoo, sungjong and hoya and at the back was sungyu and woohyun...

"why did i have to come again?" myungsoo asked

"because it's not fun without you hyung" sungjong said smiling at the person

"huh? i don't hold your happiness tho..you don;t need me to have fun" myungsoo replied making sungjong lose his smile right away... "you have hoya anyway" he muttered inaudibly

"we're going to have so much fun sungjongie... hyung will teach you how to swim" hoya said trying to cheer the maknae up

"really? yay....you really are the best hyung" sungjong said leaning his head on hoya's shoulder...

myungsoo moved and his side away from sungjong seemingly annoyed and willed himself to sleep...

soon enough they reached the beach... sungyeol being the choding that he is..ran to the water without waiting for his brothers...

"one of you needs to get a driver's license already...so i can have someone else drive with me" dongwoo said as he stretched his back

"sungyeol will have his soon don't worry" sungyu said patting the younger's back " thanks dongwoo ya"

"gyugyu..come carry this basket and i'll take the beach umbrella" wooohyun said handing the leader the picnin basket...then they walked towards where sungyeol is rolling in the sand like a little kid

hoya gave sungjong a piggy back ride which made the younger happier...

after setting up everyone except for myungsoo who stayed back went to the water to swim...

"hyung..don't let me go...i'm scared...." sungjong said holding at hoya for dear life...

"don't worry sungjongie.. i won't let anything happen to you" hoya smiled at him and let sungjong wrap his arms around his neck

unknown to them.. myungsoo was watching everything.. and he can help but make a fist of how sungjong and hoya were acting...

"maybe you shouldn't have been ignoring sungjong.. then hoya won't have a chance " sungyeol said as he sat beside myungsoo

"i don't understand what you are saying hyung" myungsoo replied

"oh common.. don't tell me you don't notice how sungjongie is different towards you compared to how he is to us.. he is much more caring and loving to you.. " sungyeol explained "but you always find a way to break the poor kid's heart..."

"but.. sungjong is naturally caring.. and what do you mean i broke his heart?"

"you know when you shrug him off or not even look or smile at him.. the other night when he waited for you to come home and prepared dinner you just went back to your room"

"prepared dinner?"

"yeah..woohyun taught him how to cook because sungjong said he wanted to try preparing food for you..."

"do you like sungjongie like he likes you?"

"well..think about it..i know hoya likes sungjong too.. and sometimes..you never realize what you have till it's gone..don't let it get to that point..." sungyeol patted myungsoo's shoulder and went back to where the other members are..

myungsoo watched them play while he thought back on the moments sungyeol just told him about...

he remembered how sungjong would always hug him ... offer him everything he had.. he would give him his bottled water even if obviously it was the last one and sungjong was dead tired... he even bought myungsoo a cake and woke him up at midnight just to greet him and make him blow the candles....which by the way he just went back to sleep after blowing the candles without even thanking the maknae.. "wow..i'm such a jerk..."
