“Sometimes, i just want to disappear and see..

if anyone would miss me..“

This seems to be a good weather today, which is why kim’s family, im’s family, and choi’s family having their little picnic at the backyard of the im’s.

They are having a simple lunch party, like how they always do on every their weekend. The family knows each other since they are all from the same university.

And the fact that their children are all in the same school make them closer.

And just like how every weekend they have, the backyard filled with screams of joy and laughing voices from their kids.

Four kids are playing happily on big garden, seems around elementary school student, running through big backyard, having their little fun time.

It’s not even half an hour, when mrs.choi yelled to the kids.

“Sooyoungg, sweetie!! Stop running!!” the old lady eyeing her daughter worriedly.

“But, mom-..” the girl whined, walking closer to her mother.

“No buts.. dear.. you know you can’t run too much..” mrs.choi caressed her daughter’s puffed cheek “playing is okay.. just don’t play something tiring, okay?”

“But mom, it not fun!!” the little kid whined.

“No buts, soo..”  mrs.choi then took a glanc over another tall kid, signaling her to get her daughter “go.. play with yoona..” she smiled, before going back to cook their lunch.

“Come on, youngie…” yoona called, grabbing the taller girl’s arm, dragging the sulking little kid to sit on the grass, not to far from there, where the kim’s sister already sit.

Sooyoung only sat there, with her cheeks still puffed, pouting.

“Youngie.. do you hungry?” yoona asked, caressing sooyoung’s cheek, trying to lighten the taller girl’s mood.

“I’m hungry..” the tallest one mumbled, slowly giving a grin.

“When you’re not anyway?” one from the two shorty said.

“Yeah.. when you ever say that you’re full..” the shorty sister agreed, making the tallest one pouting.

“Wait…” the other tall girl said, running over to their parents, seems like she is asking for something, and soon back with a piece of bread in her little hand “take this.. youngie…”

The one called has her eyes glittering, rounded big, soon followed by a wide grin “yoonggg.. you’re the best..” she said, but instead of eat it immediately, she split it on two, handing on to the girl.

“Here.. yoongg… take this..” she said, grinning.

“Yahh!! How about us!!??” the kim sister protested.

“I thought you’re not hungry.. hyo..” the tall girl mocked.

“But…”

“Shh..” her sister patted the younger kim’s head “it’s okay.. I will ask mom to buy much more for us..” she said, grinned “let that stupid giant grow all by herself..”

“Yahhh!!!” the tallest one yelled “take it back, you idiot shorty!!”

“Whatt?! What did you called me?!!” the shorter one stood up, both hands by her waist.

“Idiot shorty!! Why!??” the taller one challenged, looking down on the short one.

“Yahh!!! Yo-..”

“Hey..” the other tall kid stood up, splitting her bread of two, handing it over to the kim’s sister “here..”

Taeyeon took it from yoona and handing one to her sister “here.. hyo…” she said, finally grinning, ignoring the sulking tallest one.

“Yoonggg..” sooyoung whined “why did you give it to them…” she pouted “she said I’m stupid..”

“But you’re not.. right?” yoona caressed the tall girl’s cheek, calming her down “just sit and eat yours, okay?”

But sooyoung split hers into two, and handing other to yoona “here..” she said, grinning.

Yoona gave a smile, taking the piece from sooyoung.

“It would be better if you did that from the start…” the shorty mumbled.

“Yahh!! What did you said?”

“Yoona is so kind..” taeyeon said, ignoring sooyoung’s question.

“Yahh!! You can’t get closer to her!! yoona is mine!!” sooyoung said, wrapping her slender arms around yoona’s shoulder possessively.

“What? since when?” taeyeon ignored, wanting to have another fight with the tall girl.

“She is mine!!” sooyoung turned to the giggling girl “right, yoongg?” the girl questioned only answer with a nod, while still giggling.

“See!!” sooyoung exclaimed, wearing a victorious smile.

“Where?” taeyeon pretended not to see “I don’t see your name on her..”

“Yoongg is minee!!” sooyoung said.

“Really?” taeyeon teased, grabbing yoona’s arm.

“Yahh!!” sooyoung shrugged taeyeon’s hand from yoona’s arm, before pulling the girl closer to her, accidentally letting her lips meeting the other girl.

Yoona’s eyes widen, startled, she automatically pushing the tall girl falling on the land, with her elbow to prop up her body.

The little sooyoung, being shocked by the sudden act, she stood up swiftly, feeling pain on both her elbow, seeing the blood coming out from it, her eyes become teary before she burst out in tears. The tears going harder at second, and that’s when her chest become heavy, desperately pumping for air.

With her loud voice which slowly going weak, her mother immediately running over to her panicly.

“Take this..” her mother handed her daughter her inhaler, little sooyoung taking it from her mother hand, using it like how she always do when she feel like her chest being pressed greatly.

“Shh…” mrs.choi hugged her daughter, rubbing her back gently “dear.. don’t cry..” she whispered on the calmer girl “it’s okay..”

Sooyoung brought her little arms to her mother’s neck before buried her face there, sobbing slightly while her mother hugging her tightly.

She hates it, the feeling when she felt her chest tightened up, taking her breath, and it hurt so much, much more for a little girl like her.

“…mom.. I want to go home..” little sooyoung mumbled on her mother’s neck.

“But.. baby.. we haven’t had our lunch..” mrs.choi tried to persuade her little girl.

“..mom.. let’s go home..” but the tall little kid, refusing to listen.

Mrs.choi walked closer to her husband, before shifting to their friends, giving a sorry look “I’m really sorry..” mrs.choi said “but.. I think our sooyoung doesn’t feel well..”

“It’s okay..” mr.im said “give her some rest..” he said, giving a smile.

And with that, choi’s family leaving the place.

“Mommy..” yoona walked closer to her parents, followed by the kim’s sister “I don’t meant to do it..” she said with teary eyes “really..”

“We know.. sweetie.. it’s okay..” her mother smiled, rubbing her cheek “just apologize to her tomorrow at school, okay?”

“..okay..” yoona mumbled “will she forgive me?” yoona asked, wiping her tears.

“Of course.. she always says that she loves you, doesn’t she?” her mother smiled.

“Yeah..” little yoona mumbled, giving back a sweet smile on her face “I will apologize to her at school tomorrow..”

But then, she can’t find the tall girl that day..

Not even the day after…

Not even the few days after it…

It’s just few days after that her mother told her, the choi’s family urgently leaving for states..

And the same news, she ever hear about the tall girl..

It’s after 12 years..

When she already forget about everything..

That her memories about her childhood faded by time..

That when she finally heard…

That after 12 years the choi’s..

Finally come back to seoul…

Only to be shocked by another news…
