1. The two body swappers musn't tell about their transformation. Or else, (Refer to #2.)

2.  Even if  one isn't in their own body, he/she can still suffer the outcomes of painful injuries in their current form.

3.  Unless it's for temporary use, one has two months until the spell of switching bodies wears off. 

4.  After the spell is broken, the two involved in the body-switching automatically forget everything they experienced.

And lastly,

5. Developing feelings for someone may occur, but is not recommended.
