No one's POV:

"Are you sure you're up for school today?"
"I'm sure mum" Joonmyun replied and his mother nodded
"Well if you feel ill just tell the school to ring either me or your father and we'll come pick you up" she said 
"I will" Joonmyun replied and got out of the car before making his way into school. Walking through the hall, he got the ocassional stare and glance from people... but he hadn't been pushed about or anything like that... so far so good! However, walking into class, he suddenly felt uneasy. Kyungsoo was there no doubt, but the two weren't exactly on good terms were they? Not since Joonmyun shouted at Kyungsoo and walked out on him in the library
'Well done genious' he thought before sighing and going to take his seat. 

"You're not sitting there today" came a voice as Joonmyun looked up frowning to see Kyungsoo standing there 
"H-huh?" he asked 
"You're sitting with us today" Kyungsoo replied and Joonmyun quickly shook his head 
"It's fine I'm alright here" he replied but Kyungsoo wasn't buying it
"You're coming to sit with us" he said and again Joonmyun shook his head 
"I said I was alright here" he repeated but this time Kyungsoo sighed whilst Chanyeol wondered over 
"Here we go" he said, grabbing Joonmyun's stuff and walking back to his table whilst Joonmyun's mouth fell open.

"H-hey" he said and Kyungsoo shrugged his shoulders 
"If you want it come get it" he muttered and walked back to his table whilst Joonmyun stayed in his seat sighing. For a moment, he felt like just sitting in his seat, refusing to move to the point where Chanyeol would have to bring his stuff back... but then he relised that, that was being childish so... reluctantly... got out of his seat and walked over to Kyungsoo's table where Kyungsoo, Chanyeol, Sehun and Jongin were sat. 
"Welcome" Chanyeol said 
"We've been expecting you" Sehun added as he pulled out a seat and indicated for Joonmyun to sit 
"I just came by to get my stuff" he replied, glaring at Chanyeol in the process. 

"Like I said, you're sitting with us today" Kyungsoo said and Joonmyun sighed
"Why do you want me to sit you so badly?" he asked
"Because we want to be your friends" Jongin replied as he got up and pushed Joonmyun into his seat 
"Welcome to the weirdest bunch of people you'll make friends with in your life" Sehun said and Joonmyun sighed. Sitting there, he felt so awkward. Whilst the others were having their own their own conversation, he was sticking out like a sore thumb. People walking into the class paused when they saw Joonmyun sitting at the table with them... no doubt wondering why a loser like him was sitting at a table with them lot... 

"You can have your stuff back now" Chanyeol said when the bell rang 
"Thanks" Joonmyun muttered and grabbed his stuff before running out the room 
"He is going to be a problematic one" Sehun said and Kyungsoo sighed 
"Tell me about it" he replied before the three of them walked out of class together and Jongin went to meet Krystal.

The plan was simple; all Joonmyun had to do was get to the library without Kyungsoo or his other friends noticing him... it was bulletproof right? Besides, if he kept avoiding them, they would give up soon and just ignore him like everyone else did... well apart from the bullies anyway... this morning at the table, to many people were watching him and whispering stuff about him as they walked in which meant that even more attention was being drawn to him. And he didn't like it. The sooner he got back to being just the 'geek' of the school, the better for him he guessed. 

"And where are you going?" a voice asked behind him, making him inwardly groan when he realised who it was 
"I-I was just going to the library" he replied, turning around to face Kyungsoo who shook his head 
"Come have lunch with me and the others" he said 
"But I don't want to be a bother to you and the others" Joonmyun replied to which Kyungsoo frowned
"What makes you think you'll be a bother to us?" he asked and Joonmyun paused before shrugging his shoulder 
"I don't know" he muttered as Kyungsoo took his arm and began leading him into the lunch hall, this time Joonmyun didn't throw up any protests. 

......

"Go on taste it" Sehun said whilst Chanyeol held the sweet in front of him frowning 
"I don't trust it" he replied as Kyungsoo and Joonmyun took their seats 
"What's that?" Joonmyun asked quietly 
"A sweet Sehun wants me to try but I don't trust it" Chanyeol replied whilst Kyungsoo inspected it 
"Looks alright to me" he said and Chanyeol held it out to him 
"You eat it then" he said but Kyungsoo shook his head.

"Sehun gave it to you, so you should eat it" he said 
"Thank you" Sehun added whilst Chanyeol hesitated 
"You may go your whole life wondering what it tasted like if you don't do it now" Joonmyun muttered before Chanyeol sighed 
"Fine" he grumbled and put the sweet into his mouth. For a moment he sat there nodding as to indicate that it was actually alright, failing to notice the smirk on Sehun's face... then it changed completly when he realised that Sehun had given him the most sour sweet known to man... his face to back up the point. 

"Take a picture" Kyungsoo  said before errupting into laughter and Sehun snapped one before Chanyeol spat the sweet out 
"Oh God" Sehun said and showed Kyungsoo and Joonmyun the picture. Whilst Kyungsoo and Sehun errupted into laughter, Chanyeol sat there drinking whatever he could to get the taste out of his mouth and Joonmyun was actually able to crack a smile. 
"Why are you guys sitting with him?" someone asked and the smile vanished from Joonmyun instantly
"Because we are" Kyungsoo replied whilst the person stared at Joonmyun 
"Problem?" Sehun asked and with that the person walked away whilst Joonmyun sunk into his seat.

"You and your friends... you're quite the stubborn bunch" Joonmyun said at the end of the day as he and Kyungsoo walked out of school 
"Well we don't like you being alone so we figured you could be our friend" Kyungsoo replied and Joonmyun fell silent 
"We don't bite... although Chanyeol and Sehun are quite the trouble makers" he added and Joonmyun laughed a little
"I guess they are" he muttered and Kyungsoo nodded before Joonmyun's dad pulled up in his car 
"See you Monday?" Kyungsoo asked and Joonmyun paused before nodding 
"Sure" he replied and walked to his car... finally able to tell his dad he actually enjoyed school without having to lie!
