and that I was your greatest gift to them before you went to Heaven. Umma told me that Heaven is a beautiful place where everyone is happy, but it’s

very far away and we couldn’t go there no matter how much we wanted to see you. Uhmmm… Is it okay if I call you Appa? You won’t get mad at

Soojung, right?

Yoona unnie let me borrow this notebook before she went to camp this morning. I was so happy when she gave this to me. She said that this notebook

is very important, because Appa would know anything that was written in here. I asked Unnie if Appa would answer back. She looked sad for a second,

but she gave me a smile and said that Appa couldn’t, because there are no pen and paper in Heaven. Soojung got sad, because I want to ask you lots of

questions but you couldn’t answer it. Unnie told me not to be sad, because Appa could see me in Heaven and gets sad too, so I smiled, ‘cause Soojung

wants you to smile in Heaven too. Did you smile like Soojung, Appa?

Unnie said that your favourite food is the leaves with tomatoes and that your favourite drink is coffee. Soojung tasted those two, but they taste yucky

– especially coffee. Unnie said that adults like you, Umma, Uncle Taeng and Aunt Fany love drinking coffee –even Unnie’s beginning to drink coffee

as well. Is it true, Appa? If it’s true, Soojungie doesn’t want to grow up if the drinks for adults would be coffee.

Umma, Unnie and Soojungie will have holidays with Grandpa and Grandma in the US. Umma said we will ride an airplane to go to Grandpa and

Grandma’s house. She told Soojung that riding an airplane is the closest to where you are. I hope holidays would come soon, so that Soojung could ride

an airplane and be closer to you.

Appa, I felt proud today. My teacher made Soojung and my classmates draw a family picture. I’ve got five stars stamped on my hand, because my teacher

said I’ve done a good job. Umma and Soojungie stuck it on the fridge. Appa, have you seen my drawing? There’s Appa, Umma, Unnie, and Soojungie

walking together in a park. Umma gave Soojung a big kiss and lots of chocolates when I showed her my drawing, keke~ She said she loves my drawing

a lot, and unnie would love it too once she sees it. Does Appa love my drawing too?

Umma bought me a baby doll when we went shopping weeks ago. I named her "Mimi". Soojungie and Mimi always played with Sulli and her doll

named "Fluffy". I never said this to anyone, Appa, so you must keep this a secret. Soojungie doesn’t like Sulli’s Fluffy, ‘cause I always find him trying to

kiss Mimi although Mimi doesn’t like his kisses. That Fluffy is such a bad doll, and I wanted to scold him, but Sulli would see and might get mad at me.
