A Walk To Remember

An unfortunate event occured where a victim of a prank that goes terribly wrong lands in the hospital. Jung Jinyoung, a popular, yet stupid student in college, always lived by the rule to live free and not care what anybody thinks of you. Because of his mischevious personality, Jinyoung is held responsible for the incident, and is assigned to after-school volunteer work as a way to "reflect on his harmful ways." His community service includes starring as the lead in the school-sponsered play, which Jinyoung would have never intended to do, if it weren't for his punishment.
Another particpant in the service is Park Chorong, daughter of the reverend. Unlike Jinyoung, Chorong is very refined and has great plans for life. Finally, when Jinyoung decides to actually do his community service whole heartedly, he turns to Chorong for help.
Eventually, after spending so much time together, Jinyoung begins to develop stong feelings for Chorong. She's fully aware of Jinyoung's feeling, but she's forced to reject his love because of a heart-breaking secret Chorong has hidden for years.

Jung Jinyoung
Jinyoung is rebellious, young man who's well known at school for charming, good looks. Other than his face, there's really nothing good about Jinyoung for he really doesn't have any plans for the future and that he's basically winging life.
At first glance, Jinyoung seems like someone who''s hard to become close with, which is very true. He bases people on looks and will not be willing to be-friend you if you don't his specific criteria.
Once you get to know him, Jinyoung is really not all that bad.
Park Chorong
The exact opposite of Jinyoung, Chorong is constantly teased and avoided by basically everyone at school because of her blunt personality, smarts, and odd sense of overall-fashion.
Everyone thinks she's somewhat pretty, but no body dares go near Chorong for it's rumored to be 'uncool,' to be seen with the college nerd. The only people that are comfortable with her are people who have the same exact problems as Chorong, the members of the volunteer service.

As you can probably see, this story is inspired by the movie, 'A Walk To Remember.'
The story plot is the same but the events that happen are different.
