What if I do all the things that was listed, but still don't make progress?
It's almost impossible for you to not see changes. If you don't see less fat in a week ir two, then you are probably doing it wrong. Ask yourself what are you having for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Maybe ask yourself, Am I eating breakfast? Breakfast is THE most important meal of the day, so in your breakfast, you must include almost everything. Aha..I say include at LEAST the following:
- 1 fruit/vegitables
-1 grain product
- 1 dairy product
I wouldn't recommend any meat or alternatives in the morning. So maybe cereal (with milk aha) with a fruit of your choice. Chocolate ceral with white milk is even MORE amazing! To your taste buds and stomaches. Remember it doesn't always have to be cereal, it could be just 2 cups of fruit yogurt or maybe something else...JUST DO NOT SKIP BREAKFAST OK? BECAUSE IT IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN YOUR LIFE, ok maybe not your life but YOUR LIFE DEPENDS ON IT!!
Now, for excercise...doing it for only 15 minutes can not be really called woeking out. Doing excercises/ workouts for 30 mins, 45 mins or maybe more can be called excercising. Really, 15 minutes and 30 minutes can be very different.
Personally for me, this is my plan. You don't have to follow it if you don't want to..but here is it!!
I'm on Seo In Young's banana diet, but instead of 2 seperate bananas and 2 cups of water, I blend it and make my self a tasty banana milkshake! :D
Then I go to school..blah blah blah...After I do my homework..no sorry I sped do my homework if I have any (usually I finish in class) then I go to my dance studio. Well it's just a practice room that my parents bought for me and my friend so we can practice. We practice for about 3 hours, eat a low fat snack and head to the gym to excercise.
I run for about 30 minutes, bike for 30 minutes, situps, rest, run and end with biking. After we go back and practice for another 1-2 hours. We usually eat dinner together, well our families. After finishing, we go back to our homes and I just rest and sleep. I do this everyday.
On Saturdays, it's just tutoring in the morning, dance and then variety shows. On Sundays it's church. After our worship, me and my friend practice again in the gym this time. Then we hang out and eat. Then we hang out more most of the time..aha..So yea..that's my schedual..if you want to follow it or not!
