You can keep your skin healthy in many ways.

You can drink a lot of water each day as water can help nourish the skin. Eating fruit and vegetables are also a great way to keep your skin healthy.

Sleeping is important: for both mental and physical. Getting plenty of sleep (8 hours) can help you maintain healthy skin as well as making your skin youthful.

It's summer time, the sun is out! Some people love being in it but it can be bad for your skin. Why? It can cause Skin Cancer, skin discoloration and age spots. You can prevent the age spots by avoiding sun exposure or you can use a sunscreen with an SPF of 15 or higher, make sure to use it all over your skin.

What do you need to avoid to keep the skin healthy? You need to avoid stress because it can damage your body, sun exposure (as mentioned before) and smoking as it can cause the body to age prematurely.

I hope you use these tips especially the one about the sun since it's summer. Remember drink plently of water and eat your fruit and veg, I hate veg but I still eat them.
