There are two types of people in this world, those with magic, and those without. Light is one of those without magic. A successful romance author, she has completely given up on finding love for herself. Her friend, Yuna, tries her best to convince her otherwise, but Light has had too much trouble with love. One day, she comes home with a cat. A beautiful, and yet very sad, looking male cat, whom she names Natsu. She pours her heart and soul out to her new faithful companion, but little does she know Natsu isn't really a cat at all.

He is, in fact, the prince of the magical world, cursed to the form of a cat until he could find someone he loved, someone he would give anything for.
