Where there is light, there is not always good and where there is darkness, there is not always evil – that is the ugly truth. The world is never as it seems – what lurks beneath the surface has always been the most sincere portrait of the state of the world.

Since the beginning of time, supernatural beings have lived alongside humanity on planet Earth and while some are aware of their existence, not all are right about it.

Vampires were not condemned to a life of secrecy – they were far too ambitious and egotistical creatures to be imprisoned. For centuries they were creatures of the night by choice – creating the myth of blood lust for the thrill but in present day, the era the Vampires ruled the Darkness is now considered a period of The Bygones.

The Eligorians (fallen angels) who had been Heavenly knights sent to punish all those that exploited their supernatural powers, created a Kingdom for itself when too many sacrificed themselves for a cause that saw no end. It had been fifty years, since the last of the Bluebloods (a breed of vampires that only occurred within royalty) had been publicly executed before humans and supernaturals alike.

Since, Eligorian rule, humans received fifty years of peace at the expense of the suffering of all who possessed supernatural powers. The Werewolves were condemned to the full moon cycle and could not turn upon will. The Vampires became prisoners of their own choices. Creatures who could harness the power of the five elements faced immediate execution upon uses of such power. Black magic became self-destructive.

The humiliation that was upon the shoulders of the once proud Vampire Clan incited hatred but with no one to lead, the prospects of war were withheld. Until, daylight progressively grew longer, consuming the night, threatening the extinction of their kind.

That is where our story begins – the twelve prodigal princes. 

Hello my lovelies!! 

I am here again with a story I have been dying to write since the exo comeback. I've been meaning to write a supernatural story for the longest time but have never found it in me to actually write it - I had so many 'epic' ideas and could never sort through it but since my exo feels have been progressively expanding, I have finally put my head down and decided to create a somewhat rough and cohesive plot. I hope to meet many exotics and would love it if you shared this journey with me. 

I do apologise in advance because I know I'm not a good forewords writer or a good summariser for that matter but bear with me!! :D I will try my best my loves <3
