wa entertainment's new girl group

ᴘᴜʟsᴀʀ (noun) - a spinning neutron star that emits energy along its gravitational axis.
it also just so happens to be the name of wa entertainment's - best known for trio phantom and duo geeks - new seven member girl group. these girls have the skills to make it in this industry - composing and performing - but things aren't easy for a girl group in an industry when there are so many of those already. but if they can help it - and oh, will they ever help it - they'll become recognized as one of the industry's top girl groups.

kerry - main rapper, lead dancer, leader
moon kerry is the korean-australian leader of pulsar, and the role suits her quite well. she's outgoing, kind, confident, and she really does care for her members. however, kerry is also impatient, and she's got quite the hot temper. kerry has been in a relationship with b.a.p.'s bang yongguk since 2012; aside from rosalie and himchan, nobody knows about it - not even the members of their groups, let alone the management. but once the paparazzi have their eye on you, even the best-kept secrets will get out.

fun fact: she's allergic to peaches and apples.



rosalie - main dancer, vocalist, rapper
song si eun, better known as rosalie, is the korean-australian main dancer and eldest member of pulsar. she's an overall friendly and outgoing woman, but she can be rather naive and quiet. she's a close friend of shin soohyun, the leader of u-kiss, but it's obvious he wants something more than just friendship. because of her mixed race, anti-fans of pulsar will do anything to keep the two apart. but love can conquer haters... can't it?

fun fact: she's a fan of star wars.




baekin - sub-vocalist, visual, face of the group
zhang bai feng, better known as baekin, is what you get when you google pulsar. she's pulsar's only fully chinese member, and is the twin sister of exo-m's lay. baifeng is kind and brave, you can give her that; however, she can also be quite rude, and her trust in the human race is little to none. until, through her brother, she's introduce to kim junmyeon, aka suho. he's so selflessly kind that her faith in the human race might be restored - but her shell is still pretty hard to crack, and the chances he can are slim to none.

fun fact: she loves spicy food and can handle spice very well.



lea - main vocalist, 2nd visual
song lea, who simply goes by her first name, is pulsar's korean-hispanic main vocalist. she's a physical person who's kind and caring towards her members, but she's also insecure and quiet. lea is in a relationship with renowned soloist boa; much like kerry, their relationship is a secret to the members of pulsar. in a country like korea, however, if that relationship was found out, it would cause a downward spiral for the careers of both pulsar and boa.

fun fact: she has eight piercings on her body.



eunji - lead vocalist, actress
park eunji, much like lea, goes by her first name; she's one of pulsar's two pure korean members. in addition to her vocals, eunji also has skills in acting. after a rough breakup with her boyfriend of two years, infinite's myungsoo, eunji became a withdrawn and quiet girl. break her shell - like the members of pulsar have - and you'll find that she's still quite warm and caring. fact of the matter is, myungsoo and eunji are still in love with each other; getting back together, on the other hand, is much harder than it sounds.

fun fact: she's a heavy sleeper, and is a pain to wake up.



joo - triple threat
singing, dancing and rapping - cha eun joo, pulsar's one korean-chinese member, can do all three. she's friendly, humble, and very passionate; that doesn't mean her impulsive and stubborn side isn't an issue, though. she's currently in a relationship with exo-m's tao. unlike kerry and lea's relationships, all of the members of exo as well as those of pulsar know about this relationship. the media is still clueless, however. if they were to find out, they'd flip tables - tables could destroy pulsar's career.

fun fact: she has a black belt in taekwondo.



kim hyo mi - lead rapper, sub-dancer
kim hyo mi is pulsar's second fully korean member; she's also the maknae, and younger sister of 100%'s chanyong. hyomi is a friend to all living things, giant or tiny, and cares a huge amount about pulsar. however, her curiosity and hyperactivity make an incredibly annoying combination. after bumping in to b.a.p.'s jongup backstage at inkigayo, hyomi figured she was finally beginning her first love. but as anyone can tell you, that's not an easy field. (just look at the relationships above!)

fun fact: her chinchilla, charles, lives with her in the dorm.



the korean pop industry is a tough one anyways, but once you add relationships to that, things get far, far worse. but as i said, these girls will make it - no matter what that takes.
