She looked down to see the time on her watch. she has been waiting for a hour and 20 mins for him. She sighed and turned to see other couples around the restaurant, all of them smiling and talking and enjoying their company whereas she..., she glanced back to the empty seat in front of her with a content expression on her face. She was used to this. She was used to this now. it wasn't always like this, their relationship was loving, it was fun, it was perfect. Key word - WAS.  He was always there for her but lately...As Hana was thinking and reminiscing, her thoughts were interupted by a couple that was sitting at a table behind her. 

"Jagiya, Happy first anniversary!, here i got you a present!"

"Oh Oppa, it's beautiful! Happy anniversary! Saranghae! " The couple Kissed. 

Hana put on a small smile.  She then glanced her eye view back to the entrance door. just waiting and hoping.she has been staring at that door. waiting to see his face. but she knew already that he wasn't going to come, it was late, he's busy, he's always busy.Why would he remember? what was she thinking...she scoffed quietly in realisation as she was getting up from her chair.

"Oh, Miss. i'm sorry that i have to tell you this, but you see...there are customers waiting for a table and...?" The young shy Waitress stuttered as she rushed to the table.

Hana stood up and gathered her bag and jacket and straighted her black dress down "Oh, yes.. don't worry about it, i was just leaving anyway..."

The waitress gave Hana a sorrowful look "I'm sorry Miss..." Hana just smiled back and bowed and started walking. She suddenly stopped the young waitress " ahhh..." Hana looked at her name plate. "Soo Jin- ah , You see that young couple there..." Hana discreetly pointed at the young couple who were feeding eachother. The waitress nodded. "they are celebrating their first year anniversary today and i want you to give them the nicest wine or champagne bottle that the restaurant has and i'll pay for it" Hana took some money out of her bag and gave it to her.The Waitress looked at Hana weirdly at first but then Nodded "Okay, Miss." 

"Good, i shall be leaving now.." Hana walked out the restaurant feeling the cold chilly night air.. she quickly checked her phone for the 100th time that night. Nothing. No Messages. No Missed Calls. Nothing. she folded her arms across her chest and turned to look through the window to see the Waitress give the Bottle of Champagne to the young couple and saw their happy and smiling faces. Hana then whispered while a single tear flowed slowly down her face "At least, some people can celebrate and enjoy their anniversary today........"
