Erase This Affection
Description
I don't know how or why this happened, or why he chose me. Ok, I might have an inkling, but it's not like I did it that time for something like this to turn out now. Honest, we were just kids that time. Now, as adults, I guess we're just as stupid. I mean, we would have to be to think this would ever work out. I know I shouldn't, but I want to at the same time. I don't know if you get what I'm saying, but really, I don't understand it myself.
I love him, and he loves me, but we can't be in love.
It might sound cliché, but that's how it is for us. I wish I could change it, but I can't. This is the path he chose, and I chose my own. So how in the heck did our paths somehow end up crossing each other, forcing us into this predicament? Some might say it was destiny, I say, it's just trouble that I'm reluctant to pull myself out of for the time being. If only I could erase these feelings in my heart as easily as I erase the pencil written words on a piece of paper. Please, I don't want to go through with this. Just hurry up and erase this affection, instead of writing out the rest of this story.
Foreword
Lee Dasom:
Protagonist, comes off as a contradicting character. She wants to be professional, but doesn't want to deal with the people associated with her line of work. Seems mean and distant, but is childish and girlie when looking deeper into her character. Sarcasm and wit are her most prominent attributes. Writer, mainly a screen writer, famous for her successful drama plots.
Ahn Daniel
Niel; main vocalist of Teen Top, known for his "emotional vocals". Dorky, naive, somewhat of an airhead, and playful. Ever since he was young, he could never forget about Dasom and what she had done for him. It was a surprise as they went to the same high school together, and tried to convey his feelings to her then. However, things didn't work out and almost gave up. It was then that destiney pushed them together years later, when Teen Top was asked to act in a new drama, and Niel takes this chance to try and rekindle the love he knows they feel strongly for one another and actually make it work this time around.
Kim Shinyeong
Cute, funny, supportive, optimistic, and always has a smile on her face. Shinyeong is Dasom's childhood and best friend. They grew up together, amost knowing absolutely everything about each other. She owns her own little corner store, being a flourist. She loves flowers, saying that no one could ever feel sad if they received flowers as a gift. Plays an important, supportive role in the story, with her own little side happenings in between.
