ELF: Whatever they say, we're the one to protect you guys

Kangin: Why do you have to pledge to protect us? Super Junior is the one to protect ELF.

We Super Junior are not the group which member is better and which member is worse. The stage looks bright only when 13 people are together.

In the past, we always had activities separately. Many had expressed their unhappiness about it. But I always tell my fans, we have 13 members and will always have 13. this determination must be present within us. SJ is our home, a home that will not leave behind or forget any members. Although this home is not big, its enough for every one of us.

When we go to China, the fans will always raise huge placards, there are also Super Junior ones. Whenever I see those placards, I will start counting, from 1 to 13. When I reach 13, it feels as if the members are together again. I always believe, being apart is only a matter of time. We will definitely return and be by their side again.

Because when we just debuted in a concert with other groups, we saw there were some sapphire blue colors, between all the other colors of all the other fandoms. Day by day, the sapphire blue color kept growing, getting bigger and bigger. We realized that the sapphire blue color is the source of our spirit, happiness and our strength. As we know from the legend, ELF is a beautiful creature like a fairy. They’re beautiful and always give happiness like they spell it. Because I realized those creatures that we see now, that always make a sapphire blue ocean that is the most beautiful thing, are like ELF in the legend. They’re also beautiful, always giving happiness to us, always protecting us. So I named them, ELF. Now those creatures are so many and make big sapphire blue oceans which is so beautiful, the most beautiful thing. Even though we don’t know all of them, but we know they’re always there where ever we go, and I love them all. Those creatures are E.L.F, our everlasting friends.

We leave an empty space for Hankyung. My one dream is to stand on the stage with all 13 of us and perform before I leave for the army. I hope for it to happen.
