"Okay students. Thank you for coming. This is our first meeting of the first school year. When you guys signed up for the Poetry Club, I asked you to write a poem expressing your feeling or observations of the new school year. Would anyone like to share?" said. Ms. Simms.

No one raised their hands. In the Poetry Club there's different types of people. There are the Jocks, the Nerds, the Cheerleaders, the Wannabes, the Emos, the Music Freaks, the s. Then there's me. I'm not a jock. I'm not a cheerleader. I'm not a wannabe. I'm not emo. I wouldn't consider myself a music freak. And I know for a fact I am not a . So in which category do I fit in.................the No Ones.

Everyone was looking around and nobody raised their hands. I'm guessing no one wrote anything. I did. But I'm too shy to go up. It's a big step that I even showed up.

Then the door opened...................................It's him. I know him because he's my neighbor. He's a senior and I'm a new freshman. I've had a crush on him ever since I saw him. But sadly, I'm too shy to go up to him.

"Glad you could join us Mr. *looks at the list* Mr. Ok. Since you were late for the first meeting, would you like to share your poem." said Ms. Simms.

"Yeah. Sure." He made his way up to the front of the classroom. He took out a piece of paper from his pocket. "In the sign-up sheet, it said to write a poem about our feeling and/or our observations of the new year. So, I wrote mine on my observations." Taecyeon said.

"The freshman girl,

Oh so shy,

sits an watches the sophomore guy.

The sophomore guy,

With his head in a whirl,

Sits and watches the junior girl.

The junior girl,

In her red sedan,

Sits and watches the senior man.

But the senior man, all hot and wild,

Secretly loves the freshman child."

Once he finished reading, he looked up. He looked right at me. I felt myself falling into a trance. Those eyes....I love those eyes.

I was awaken from the sound of everyone clapping. Ms.Simms said a few words, and then it was time to pack up for the day and head home.

I got up from seat and put on my backpack and walked out of the classroom. I took out my ipod and plugged in my headphones. I always love walking home with background music.

*honks of car* I looked to my left and I see a black Audi. The window rolls down and it him. He points to his ears and I understand that he wants to say something.

I take off my earphones and wait for his deep voice. "Hey, you need a ride?"

I slowly shook my head. "C'mon, it's no trouble. You are my neighbor."

"It's okay." I said softly but loud enough for him to hear.

He stepped out of the car and made his way in front of me. Clearly I'm short compared to his height. "No. I will not let you walk home when I going there." I stood quiet. My heart stopped. This is the closest we've ever been.

"It's fine. I like to walk." I said while looking down from his face. If I keep looking at his gorgeous face, I know I'll faint.

"No. You little missy are coming with me."

He grabbed my hand and pulled me into his car. He walked around and sat down in the driver's seat.

I'm completely shocked. I look at him obviously with a shocked expression. He looks at me and chuckles. He started the ignition and started to drive.

"Why are you so quiet Jenny?" OMFG!!!!! How does he know my name? We never spoke up until now. This is absolutely crazy.

"You know my name?" I asked him still shocked.

He chuckles again. "Of course I do." he said smiling.

I looked straight. I let my brain process everything that just happened. He looked at me earlier….He spoke to me. He held my hand. He pulled me into his car. And now he knows my name?

I guess High School really isn't that bad after all.
