Taura walked aimlessly towards the docks. Without Kyungsoo, she didn’t want to admit it but, she was lost. The girl got lost within the crowd and found herself being bumped around from shoulder to shoulder. Men gave her stern looks as she collided with them but those stern looks turned suggestive once they saw just exactly who it was that hit them, “Why hello there.”

          She cringed at the toothy sight of the older gentlemen in front of her, feeling uncomfortable under the man’s judging eye. He continued to eye her while his hands were full with boxes meant for the ship just beside them. A man on board the ship called down to the one just in front of Taura, startling him. The girl took the moment to sneak away from him and looked back to see he was looking for her. Ugh, what a creep, Taura’s body shivered. Where’s Kyungsoo?

          On board a ship just a few down from where Taura stood, Kyungsoo and two other tall men surveyed the supplies that were just coming off of their very own ship, “Spices, rum, silk, Tobacco and that’s just some of it!”

          Kyungsoo read the labels off of each box in awe. He felt a bit cheated that he missed out on such a trip but he needed the time off and time for himself. Kris, the captain of the ship, chuckled at his navigator’s remark and led him to the upper level of the deck near the boats steering wheel, “Not like you haven’t seen any of these things, Kyungsoo shi.”

          The young navigator looked back at Kris with a slight smile, “Still, it amazes me just the same.” Kyungsoo approached the steering wheel with slow steps. His hand gripped the handle, feeling the smooth wood under his fingertips. To him, it was if his hand was fitted for it perfectly.

         “I missed you.” His voice barely above a whisper, Kyungsoo’s intimate moment was interrupted by loud male voices on the docks. Both Kris and Kyungsoo turned their attention to thebooming voice, “What is it now?”

          Taura ventured deeper onto the docks into territory that absolutely terrified her. The men she heard about in stories of valiant sailors and disarming seamen were not these men.
