In retrospect they should have known he exhibited all 10 subtle signs of the disorder. Now there's nothing much they can do to help.

So, this is an old old story that I was requested to finish. So I took up the challenge and rewrote the entire story into a oneshot instead of a chaptered story. It's centered about Lee Joon and his bipolar disorder.

 

I removed the rating because I re-read it and I honestly don't think it has to be rated. There are trigger warnings, yes, but they're not explicit in any way.

Do make sure that you have read trigger warnings, though.

 

I do not suffer from bipolar disorder myself. People experience the disorder differently and I have no idea how it affects Lee Joon. This is purely written off of own research about the disorder, not personal experience.

 

I would appreciate comments even though it's an old story.

Chapter 1: I remember reading this ages ago and Its honestly so good and well developed.. It's upsetting and profound and Idek but I cherish stories like these, who accurately explain and depict mental illness, a lot.

after reading your pm i came and wanted to read your stories

i found baekhyun's hypochondriac one and this

i know i didn't comment on baekhyun's, but they both really struck me

baekhyun's was chilling, in a way, how pointless it was but how much he believed in it, and this one, this one was REAL. it made me feel stuff that i never wanted to feel before, and in the end, it was like i had been living with him

Chapter 1: Overall: This was very very very well done, coming from someone who suffers from the much milder case of bipolar disorder (cyclothymic disorder). I saw your post in the social and decided to give your story a go, and damn, did it hit quite close. It is definitely on the more pessimistic side of the disorder. I wish I had the same way with words as you do. Definitely gonna give your other fics a try.

Chapter 1: I swear reading this was like you were writing about one of my best friends, who is bipolar. The only differences were he's a bottom boy and would never sleep with a girl and he didn't successfully suicide, but he came damn close once.

I sometimes do wonder how he was or is doing and dealing with his disorder cause it is not an easy disorder that will accompany him for his lifetime ..
but I brush it off and now I'll just clap for him that he made his own choice leaving MBLAQ cause maybe was for his own good and healthier for him .. every time I see only Suengho,G.O,Mir I was like :| .. now they're only 3 without Joon and Thunder .. using back'up dancers .. when they were 5 they didn't need them .. then I go and open multiple Mblaq's MVs .. watch the 5 of them once again XD ..
Anyways now he can follow his dreams being an actor!! .. and I'll be his fan as I was and am .. I'll continue supporting him watching his dramas ^^
