Two MoonsThere was a huge, huge distance between them as Siyeon and Sehun returned to the sports field. Sehun walked to his friends straight, who looked at him with curious faces. Siyeon on the other hand was quite surprised to see Ara and Kato again. The latter looked like nothing had ever happened to him, and he waved at her as she came nearer. “I heard you got bullied again,” Ara growled but Siyeon shot her a small smile. “It's okay. It was nothing serious. Just a bit water.” The shade on Ara's face became darker gradually.
“Okay, your homework: practice your shields. Some of you may think they are very good at this, but I tell you, many of you are bad at keeping your shields up. Your life will maybe depend on it later!” The students nodded, some of them rather moody, before they turned around and left. “Siyeon.”
She stopped and turned around to Mr. Kim, Kato and Ara waiting right behind her. “Come here, we need to talk... I think you know what this is about, and as much as I feel sorry for your and your situation, you have to find a way to use your magic. It was break time and now they had plenty of time for their own. “Hey, what is this change in attitude? Usually, you are all so calm and collected and now this?” Ara was a bit confused about this and Siyeon chuckled. “As Iori would say now: I'm simply a strange person.”
Since Ara didn't quite understand who Ara meant and what she meant with saying that Siyeon was strange, Ara only raised her brow. For her, Siyeon was not strange at all. Confused, yes, but definitely not strange. “You are not going to fail this school. You surely will learn how to use your powers and then you can show everyone what you are capable of.” Kato sounded so enthusiastic while Siyeon didn't felt that enthusiasm at all. She didn't feel down either, rather neutral. Nevertheless, she doubted that she ever would be able to do anything, especially regarding the magic part.
“Hey, why did that guy came along with you?” Kato's enthusiasm suddenly disappeared and he suddenly sound very cautious. “Mr. Kim sent him after me... I think he was worried about the bullying thing, I guess. I mean Mr. Kim, of course, not Sehun.” As if he ever would care about someone like her. “It surprises me that he even listened to Mr. K
