Two MoonsThere were so many students around the private building of the student council and it was impossible to find a good spot to watch the fight. Even the rooftops were full of students which anticipated the fight a lot. “How should we find a place to watch the fight here?” Maél sighed as Siyeon spotted Matsuda and Nezumi. They stood in front of the entrance in a secluded area, so as if no one dared to get closer to them.
Matsuda's and Siyeon's gaze met and it was like he could read her mind. With a smile, he winked her over and Siyeon pulled Ara and the others along.
“Thanks, I thought I wouldn't find a place to watch the fight. Whom is she up against?” Siyeon asked him curiously because she couldn't remember the girl's name.
“No problem. That girl is Norita. She belongs to the student council as well. You met her the time you met Mori.”
Strangely, it felt like neither of the two were really pressured by the fight. Mori looked completely relaxed while Norita smiled the whole time.
The atmosphere around them was tense though, very tense, so as if the air would get ripped apart. Suddenly, the crowd moved apart to make place for Sehun, Kai and the others. Of course, the children of the council members needed a special place to watch the fight. Jooyeon even sat on a chair, behind her Nadia. “She's acting like a queen,” Siyeon whispered and Matsuda raised his brow. “Jooyeon? Well, she's like that,” he chuckled.
“How annoying. So many people gathered,” Jooyeon suddenly said and a collective gulp could be heard. No one even dared to whisper. Norita's chuckle interrupted the silence and every bit of attention went to her. “Oh, don't be so grumpy. It's going to be fun. We haven't fought since we were kids. Let's take it easy, aye?”
Norita was like a happy puppy compared to Mori, who looked like a bored lioness.
What surprised Siyeon the most though was that Mori's Warrior, Niya, stood right next to Jun. Well, she was one of Mori's many Warriors but the others weren't on the battle ground as well.
“Is she fighting alone?” Siyeon asked out loud and Ara nodded. “When it comes down to it Mori definitely doesn't need a Warrior.”
That was to be expected. There was no doubt that Mori was powerful. How powerful she really was, that was something no one knew.
“Shall we start, Mori?” Norita chuckled and Mori nodded. It was strange to see a fight beginning like that. Until now, Siyeon only had seen sudden attacks as an opening for a fight and not such an agreement.
Norita walked towards Mori with skipping steps, the smile never leaving her face. “Norita seems strangely calm about all this,” one of the students whispered.
In that moment, Norita seemed to vanish. She didn't vanish in reality because in the next second she appeared right in in front of Mori again.
For a moment it looked like she was going to aim for Mori's face but then she dropped down a bit and her right leg hit Mori's shoulder, or so it seemed. The kick didn't even touch Mori and Norita drew back immediately.
In that short time where Norita had let her body fall down a bit, Mori had changed her position, which showed how fast Mori was. Even for someone like Siyeon, who was and excellent martial arts fighter, it would have been difficult to avoid Norita's attack.
“My turn.”
At first, it
