Its hard to see in the icons, but  their faces light up, and the animation repeats every ten (10) seconds. There are three (3) versions with slightly different backdrops.

Also, I know you didn't request a non-animated poster, but I was doing some rough drafts for your poster, and I ended up finishing one of the concepts that I was working on.
