My Very Own Romeo
So the next few months have been the same; Me and Kyuhyun almost getting caught, Kyuhyun and Donghae fighting over me and blah blah blah. Nothing new except, Kyuhyun did get promoted at work and Seohyun actually left after she and Kyuhyun lost contact. Whoop whoop! I was still working at Eternal Mochi, but also at...
Park-Eun Publishing Co.
This was a big publishing company within Seoul and I had finally decided what to do with my life. I realized I loved literature and writing. Right now, I am in charge of translating books into English since I am fluent because of studies. I hope to write a book one day but that's far from now. Kyuhyun is currently sitting across from me at the kitchen table. I was typing up a story about a girl and her journey through time into English. Honestly, I don't get how some of this rubbish makes it even past the front door of the building.
Kyuhyun looked up from his laptop and stared at me, "Hey princess, do you know what's coming up?" I bit my lip as I smiled. My birthday was coming up. "So what do you want to do now that you're old?" He smirked as I reached over to hit him with my rolled up manuscript. I shrugged. "Dinner sounds good?"
He nodded. "Dinner it is!"
I continued to work as he played his game or whatever he was doing. This story is complete rubbish. It's stories like these that make me second guess my current job. I massaged my temples when shut my eyes when I felt two hands rubbing my shoulders. I turned around to find Kyuhyun smiling. "Keep working babe, I got you."
It's moments like these that make me realize how fortunate I am.
KYUHYUN'S POV
After I sent Juli off to bed, I stayed up online looking at pictures of nice restaurants we could go to for her birthday. I wanted this birthday to be really special. I finally decided around 2:00 A.M. I would take her to the bistro in Seoul. From the online pictures, it was right near the Han River and looked perfect and not too far from our favorite spot.
I crawled into bed and nuzzled my face against her back. This week Henry has been bugging me all day about what to get her. He didn't believe me when I said I had it all in the bag and actually thought i forgot. Me? Forget my own girlfriend's birthday?! Psh please. I am the king of remembering things. Now I just need to remember where I last put the remote. Juli hates it when she can't find it.
Few Days Later~
I fumbled with my tie as Juli came out of the bathroom in her lilac cocktail dress with her hair curled neatly pinned with a flowery clip. She smiled. "Oppa, do I look okay?"
Okay is was not even an option to describe her with. "More than okay, you look beautiful." I kissed her forehead as she fixed my tie. "Never able to put these on hmm?" She teased as she drew the strings tightening it around my neck.
