Daddy Long Legs - Secret http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WTAgXBu4NMs     ---------------------- Narrator’s P.O.V:     “Yongguk, I came to pick you—“ Hayoung swung the door to the fashion room wide open, eyes only catching glimpses of surprised males and females, “—up…?”   Choi Hayoung, with her long, straight black hair and sharp, striking features, stared at the students in surprise. Yongguk was always in the fashion department, yet, he was nowhere to be seen.   “Oh, Hayoung,” her friend Soojung sauntered over to her, “You’re looking for Yongguk?” In her slim fingers, she held a needle and a piece of fabric, most likely thinking up of some new patterns.     Hayoung nodded, despite herself.   A tall male named Minho spoke up, also part of the fashion department and a part-time model. He flipped through some magazines, “He’s not here. He left.”   *Left?* Hayoung’s eyebrows furrowed in the middle, “But he couldn’t have. He told me he’d be here so that we can go home together.”   Two fingers poked the space in between her scrunched eyebrows. Hayoung peered up at Kim Kibum, a spunky male that sometimes acted too much like a doting mother. He had a wicked sense of style, though. Everything he liked almost always became the hot new trends. His predictions were terrifyingly dead-on.     This ‘Kibum’, however, was also Hayoung’s good friend.   Hayoung stared right back at him until he smirked at her, smoothing the measuring tape around his neck, “C’mon, Hayoung, going home together? You’re not in high school anymore.”   Hayoung grimaced at his snarky comment. Sometimes she questioned why he was her friend in the first place.   Luckily, Soojung glared at him for her, “Don’t be jealous just because you don’t have a girlfriend of your own.” She stared at him again, haughtily, “…Or boyfriend.”   Even Minho burst out in snickers at that.   Kibum never lost his cool. He merely rolled his eyes. “Fine, you win. In any case, he’s not here. You just missed him.”   Hayoung frowned, “Do you know where he went?”   Minho stopped snickering and raised his head up towards her in a charming grin, “He left for work. He’s probably in a shoot now.”   Hayoung’s heart deflated. *Again? But today’s…* Rubbing her temples in dejection, Hayoung was about to say something when her cell phone started to ring. Hurriedly, she checked her caller ID to see Yongguk<3 printed on it.   Waving to her friends, she took the call and strutted out of the department room and exited the university, “Bang Yongguk,” she said in a firm tone of voice.   “…Uh-oh. Am I in trouble?” Yongguk’s deep voice chuckled on the other line. Hayoung could hear the clicks and beeps in the distance and instantly knew that he was at his part-time job.   Instead of saying something, Hayoung’s cherry lips overturned into a large frown. She kept her silence.   Yongguk sighed, “I know. I’m sorry baby. I know we were supposed to go on a date because of our anniversary today, but I just got called in. Some other guy named Kim Himchan broke his hand and couldn’t do the shoot.”   Hayoung’s pouty expression softened, just a tiny bit, but she still refused to speak.   “Are you mad at me?” Yongguk finally asked. Hayoung could almost hear the wince in his tone of voice.   Despite her disappointment, Hayoung cracked a small, lopsided smile, “…I should be.”   Yongguk sighed, relieved, “Tell you what, come drop by at my workplace and then we’ll go wherever you want together, yeah?”   “I love you. You’re the greatest.” Yongguk cooed. Hayoung made a disgusted face at first, but eventually laughed back, “Ew, that’s cheesy.”   She could almost visualize his gummy smile across the line, “I’m waiting…”   “Love you too,” she shook her head, rolling her eyes. Yongguk chuckled again, “I’ll see you in a few.”   “Mmm.” Hayoung hummed before she got into her car and shut the door behind her.   In around fifteen minutes, Hayoung appeared in front of the studio Yongguk worked in. As quietly as possible, she swung the door open to hear clicks of cameras echoing in the studio.     She silently made her way in and darted her eyes around until she saw her fiancé modelling for the camera. He was easy to spot, with his newly dyed blonde hair and bright outfits. Instead of grinning foolishly, he smirked coolly and eyed the camera with a smooth glance. Hayoung pressed her lips together. She had to admit, she liked this side of him too.   …A lot more, actually, than she should’ve.   “Oh, Hayoung-ah.”   Hayoung blinked quickly in surprise and snapped out of her fantasies. One of Yongguk’s stylists approached her with her arms crossed, “Came to pick up your fiancé?”   “Ah, yes.” Hayoung looked a bit sheepish, yet her eyes kept wandering back to Yongguk. Mentally, she told herself that she’d seen this side of him hundreds of times and damn it, she had to calm down her heart from frantically fluttering inside her chest every single time—   “I wouldn’t worry. He’ll be done soon. You should’ve seen him before the shoot. He was really antsy and kept asking when the shoot would end.” The stylist clucked her tongue, “Is today an important day or something?”   Hayoung’s facial features slowly softened, “Yes… It’s our anniversary.”   The stylist looked taken aback by her answer and let out a hearty laugh, “So that’s why he was so jumpy! What a good boyfriend. He probably wanted to do something special with you today. Sorry for the short notice, but we really needed these shots.”   Hayoung smiled lightly and nodded a quick, ‘that’s okay’, before excusing herself to go wait in the styling room at the back. Clothes were strewn all over the couch and vanity tables, and Hayoung rolled her eyes when spotting the clothes he was wearing this morning, thrown carelessly across the room.   *Jeez, so messy.* Hayoung picked up his clothes and neatly folded them, one under the other. After placing them gently on the coffee table, she glanced at her phone. It was already five thirty.   Hayoung knew that they wouldn’t be able to do anything she had planned today. Yongguk probably had around forty minutes to go, and she knew that

Chapter 8: This is sweet. I can't stopped smiling since there's too much cheese on top of the cake. Too sweet, but i felt pity for Lay though.

Chapter 8: LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT! These stories are awesome! Although I'm really sad about Lay's girlfriend, I think it's realistic since Lay practically never see or talk about any girl before. I love how you write about each of the characters side stories. You really nailed it! Their characters are written beautifully. I can imagine what will happen to the future of Haelo, the life of Hayoung and Yongguk, and I also like how you write about Rina and Wonho's first meeting, it's cute! The way you jokingly make Chinhoo and Saemi meet is also awesome! Absolutely love this!
