A very happy birthday!

*few days later*

No one's POV:

"Wake up lazy boy" sang a voice and Kris groaned, opening his eyes
"Why?" he asked and Tao rolled his eyes
"Have you already forgotten?" he asked and Kris frowned
"I guess you have... well I guess I shouldn't give you this then" he said and held out a present in his hand and Kris' eyes widened
"It's my birthday" he shouted and Tao sighed
"Well done" he said and when Kris looked down his bed he saw presents scattered about and his eyes lit up
"About time" he said and Tao laughed, getting of the bed to leave the boy in peace.

"So did he like your present?" asked Baekhyun and Tao shook his head
"I don't know" he replied and Baekhyun frowned
"What do you mean you don't know?" he asked
"I walked away before he could open it" Tao replied and Baekhyun groaned
"You idiot" he said and Tao pouted
"Shut up" he muttered and went back to his breakfast as everyone else joined them and eventually Kris walked over smiling, mainly because of it was his birthday... a day where EVERYONE had to take notice of him and also because of the gift Tao got him.

"Here he is" Chanyeol said and Kris smiled
"Here I am" he replied and paused when he saw a huge cupcake in front of him with a lit candle on it
"Well blow the candles out" Kyungsoo said and Kris smiled
"But make a wish beforehand" Sehun added and Kris thought of his wish before blowing the candle out and Kyungsoo put the lighter back into his schoolbag
"Where did you get the lighter from?" Luhan asked and Kyungsoo was about to answer, but paused when he saw Jongin walk over
"Just one?" he asked and Kyungsoo shook his head
"You had one yesterday" he replied and Jongin groaned
"But I want one today as well" he replied and Kyungsoo sighed whilst everyone else watched them.

"Well tough you're not getting one now sit down and eat" he said and Jongin whined ashe was dragged into a seat and put his head on the table
"What's wrong with him?" Chen asked and Joonmyun waved it of
"He'll be fine" he replied and pushed some of his breakfast over to Jongin who slowly lifted his head up and began to eat. Since telling Kyungsoo everything there was to know about their past, the two had become closer than they had been when Kyungsoo first arrived, Jongin was now turning his life around and was starting to lose that bad boy image of his!
"We should have a party" Chanyeol said and everyone shook their heads
"We almost died after the Halloween party, leave it for a while" Luhan replied and Chanyeol pouted, finishig of his breakfast and heading to his first lesson of the day as did everyone else.

"I'm bored" Tao said halfway through Maths
"Already? It's only the first lesson of the day" Kris replied and Tao glared at him
"It's maths" he said and Kris paused before nodding
"Good point" he said and pulled out a chocolate bar
"Hopefully this will keep us going until the end" he said smiling and Tao grinned, taking a piece.

"How's your project coming along?" asked the teacher as she passed Kyungsoo and Jongin in art
"We're almost done" Kyungsoo replied and the teacher smiled before walking away and an idea popped into Jongin's head
"You have something on your cheek" he said and Kyungsoo frowned
"I do?" he asked and Jongin nodded
"Right here" he said and dabbed his paintbrush onto Kyungsoo's cheek who stood there for a second shocked before he grinned
"Oh really? Well you have something here" he began dabbing Jongin's left arm
"Here" he continued onto his right hand
"And all around here" he finished, rubbing paint all over Jongin's face.

"Hey I was nice enough to do a dab" Jongin said and Kyungsoo laughed
"Well I'm not nice" he replied and stuck out his tongue whilst Jongin rolled his eyes and laughed.

"Ah I'm sorry" said Sehun after he bumped into someone, but when he looked up sighed when he saw Hyuna glaring at him
"You're such an idiot Sehun!" she shouted and he flinched
"Look at you, worthless and a complete " she continued and Luhan walked over
"Actually I think you're wrong" he said and she rolled her eyes
"How so?" she asked
"He's not an idiot or worthless... in fact he's the complete opposite of that. You're the idiot, you're just as bad as Krystal bullying people so you can come across as cool or a complete " Luhan replied and walked Sehun away, leaving a shocked Hyuna in their path.

When Tao eventually got back to his dorm, he paused and smiled when he saw his present to Kris lying on the bed before pausing
"Did it come with a scarf and glasses?" he asked out loud
"No it didn't" Kris said behind him making him jump
"I added them to make it look cool" he added and Tao nodded
"It looks cute" he said and Kris smiled
"Well that was what I was going for he replied and walked in with a cake
"You're not planning to eat all by yourself are you?" Tao asked shocked and Kris laughed, shaking his head.

"No silly, you and me are going to have some now and the rest we'll save for everyone tomorrow" he replied and cut a slice for Tao, handing it to him before cutting a peice for himself
"This is good" Tao said as Kris took a bite and nodded in agreement
"Kyungsoo made this" he said and Tao's eyes widened
"Really? Well he should become a chef when he's older" he replied and continued to eat the cake until Kris stopped him
"You have some on your cheek" he said and ran his thumb over Tao's cheek whilst said boy blushed
"Th-thanks" he said and Kris nodded
"No problem" he replied and the two continued to stare at each other.

As Tao continued to stare at Kris, Kris slowly leant in and Tao's eyes widened when he felt Kris' lips on his before slowly kissing back
"What do you know, my birthday wish came true" Kris said once the kiss was broken and Tao laughed
"Really?" he asked
"Really" Kris replied and pulled Tao in for another kiss whilst the present watched on
