God this story.
My poor heart is broken, but I know that things in life can't always come back together, just like Yunho and Jaejoong here. It seems that too much time has passed for Yunho to forgive that his heart was shattered although he clearly is still so desperately in love with Jaejoong. He tries to make the best of the situation, and to focus his love on Junsu and on their future, but even before Jaejoong's call it's evident that he is still clinging very much to the past. And the call just seems to make everything a little worse, I can just imagine so well how tight his chest must feel while his heart is beating in his throat... It's so mean of Jaejoong to selfishly take what he wants, to marry another man and then to call Yunho out of the blue, leaving them both hurt again.
Also I think the song fits well! I like Hinder very much, their songs are great inspiration!
