Please Don't...

Description

She was too selfless on her part of the story.

He was too gullible and believed everything she did was only an act.

Eager to relive their moments...

Days passed by, nothing's the same anymore.

“Saying I love you a hundred times, a thousand times, a million times, is less effective than showing your loved one your true feelings.”
– Jung Haneul

Woo Jiho didn’t know who to believe. Who was telling the truth and who fed him fabricated facts, he honestly could not differentiate between the two. On one end of the thick tug-o-war rope, he wanted so badly to trust his girlfriend of two years. On the other end of that exact string, he saw no harm in the one who has been supporting him and his dreams to become a famous producer. One of them was his most beloved girlfriend of two years and the second person was his most beloved best friend, who, in his case, was a female.

“If you don't trust me, then what’s the purpose of keeping this relationship? Wouldn’t it have been better if we just went our separate ways? There can never be an us unless we can trust each other, believe in each other, have faith in each other. Since these don't apply to us, then we're not meant to be. Our love for one another may have been a simple infatuation or crush all along. Maybe... just maybe we were never in love.”

Approximately a month ago, his girlfriend of two years cleanly dumped him. Devastated and like any other single, heartbroken men, Jiho went out for a few drinks. A few led to half a dozen, which eventually led to twelve bottles of beer. His six childhood friends, calling themselves Block B, have taken their turns in watching over Jiho. In sum, Woo Jiho was a mess. If babysitting a three year old was a tough job, it would be a blast to have survived after taking care of Woo Jiho. Although said man was a mature man in his early twenties, said man instantly reverted back to a five year old child whose mother or father had scolded him for being a bad kid. To conclude, Woo Jiho, also known as Zico in the underground rapping world, was no better than a five year old child.

He was heartbroken.

Foreword

[author's corner]

I was tempted to start a new story and here I am, bringing you a new story featuring ZICO from BLOCK B!

To summarize how I ended up creating a new fic:

While watching the most recent episode of A Hundred Year's Inheritance, I began thinking about relationships between friends and families, and colleagues. One scene especially inspired me to brainstorm and I ended up coming with a short scenario about trust, friendship, and relationship. [SPOILER ALERT] When Lee Se Yoon accused Min Chae Won for deceiving him, she wanted to explain that she was not the one who posted that blog on the website, as well as take those pictures. Joo Ri, the ex-sister-in-law of Min Chae Won, was furious and jealous at Chae Won's relationship with her sunbae, had come up with a plan to try to force her to reisgn from the company they both work at. Joo Ri's mother and Chae Won's ex-mother-in-law, was putting on a show in front of Se Yoon about how she cares about her daughter-in-law (Chae Won). In the end, when Joo Ri gets drunk and Se Yoon finds a proxy driver to drive her home, he recognizes the house to be where Chae Won used to live. Now he is curious what is going on and the story will slowly unravel.

This story will be less than ten chapters long (I hope) and I am curious on how it will flow.

I've read a few Zico stories before and I really enjoyed his roles as a bad boy type of person, whether his role in the story is a good-turned-bad person, a controlling mastermind, an obssessive boyfriend, or even a gangster boy who is super sweet when it comes to his girlfriend. Zico really deserves the love from his fans all around the world because he is amazingly talented and the music he helps produce screams potential.
