Sigh No More [Oneshot Collection]

Description

It's about time I made this into a reality.

For a while, I've had the idea of creating a oneshot collection, based on Mumford and Sons' album "Sigh No More", which I was so blessed to receive for Christmas this year. Even before then, I have listened to this album constantly and dreamed about it.

And who else to play the starring role in my dreams than my ultimate bias Lee Jinki?

This will be a collection of powerful, inspiring, oneshots (non-related to each other) that will hopefully accurately depict the charming feel of each of the songs on the album, written by me and a couple of my friends.

The main character will be Onew, in every single one. There will be pairings and other characters added accordingly.

Please enjoy.

Foreword

The oneshots will be presented in the order as their namesake songs appear on the album. Here, I will list them, their authors, and the word count for each individual story as they are completed.

1. Sigh No More -- Written by Savvy -- 997 Words

2. The Cave -- Written by Greg -- 1,750 Words

3. Winter Winds

4. Roll Away Your Stone

5. White Blank Page

6. I Gave You All

7. Little Lion Man

8. Timshel

9. Thistle & Weeds

10. Awake My Soul

11. Dust Bowl Dance

12. After The Storm

Chapter 1: I have the same religious views as yours and I believe that this fic captures the beauty of being saved really well. I like how you *kinda* indirectly bring in the religious element into Jinki's life. While I was reading it, I reflected upon my own sins and that...made me feel bad. Thank you for that. I really mean it. I guess its back to the right track for me. I'm looking forward to what this collection will blow up to be..(:

Chapter 1: pretty~ i'm not religious at all but i think this is a nice story for sure! i think even if you're not religious, believing in something that motivates you to be the best you can be is great, and i think you portrayed this really well through a religious setting :)
