Old Habits Die Hard

She was making a habit out of this.

He knew it. But he didn’t have the heart to stop her.

Besides, he enjoyed her company.

There were no one else who would want to stay near him, anyways.

So, every now and then, she would make an excuse to sleep over.

The rain gave her good excuses.

So, did working late on her assignments.

At times, she would turn up late at the apartment, citing field assignments as the reason.

And she would spend the night, after calling her parents to ensure her safety.

And he would let her.

First up, thank you so much for subscribing and reading Fireflies thus far.

Thank you too for those you have left me comments, PMed me and even tweeted about Fireflies - with queries, words of encouragement and/or to share thoughts on the story and the movie it is based on in general.

I apologise if the story can be somewhat confusing, different from the normal genre you are used to, have subject matters that do not appeal to the masses, have a myriad of characters that can boggle the mind and so full of angst.

But that's the beauty of live fanfiction.

You can help me truly decide on where this fic should go.

For instance, till now I haven't really decide on whom So-Mi should eventually end up with (tho to sooth my own Minsul heart, I do promise you a happy ending) - whether with someone much older than her but very much loved, or someone who is closer to own age.

So, do continue to drop me lines of your thoughts, rave and rants, and I hope to deliver a story that will hopefully remain long in your hearts and minds.
