Chapter 1: When the name, Dumbledore, is mentioned, it seems that you're making a Harry Potter reference. For those who aren't familiar with HP, they won't know this to be able to see the connection. It'd be better to describe the man's appearance so that it'd be clear for all readers.

It is funny that people can end up mistaking him for the well-known comedian even though they both have different last names. Because he's known as L in the K-Pop industry, there's bound to be confusion among those who don't associate him with his real name.

I haven't watched the drama, "Love Rain," so I don't know how it goes. This prologue with its lengthiness sketches out the beginning of the story well. The details that you've added gives a clear picture of what's taking place.

Chapter 1: L must be sentimental to feel pain or cry whenever he has to take people's souls away from their bodies. It's like he has a human heart. This is unusual for grim reapers since they're not meant to have any feelings. It's likely that it's related to when he used to be human. He seems stand-offish to not fit in with others, which makes him the complete opposite of his friend, S. It did look like he was too caught up with his thoughts to take notice of his surroundings. People would've thought that he's insane for trying to get himself killed. Luckily, she happened to be there to pull him back in the nick of time to prevent him from being ran over by the incoming car. It's possible that her teacher assigned this to challenge her students' creativity. Hayoung finds him interesting to want to find out more about him. At such a tender age, she is naive--especially when it comes to the matters of the heart. When she stated about their coffee cups being made for couples, she didn't seem even slightly effected and was taking it calmly. Since he's apparently older than her by five or six years (regarding his physical age), their thinking is different with him being the more mature one, which is proven in the way that he spoke to her. What he just experienced himself from being near Hayoung is known as "love at first sight." To be able to describe that accurately to her, he must personally know what it's like since he's felt it. After hearing his explanation, she doubts that he's never experienced it. Since this is a first for him, he's not familiar with it. The time that they spent together is the bridge for their connection to form at its beginning stage. He does care about her dearly to save her from a potential fatality. It looks like things will start getting interesting from here since he's broken the third rule.

This is an interesting, original plot. The supernatural aspect added into the story makes it seem thrilling. Seven days is a short time for them to fall for each other. Realistically, it takes a while to develop a strong bond with another.

You mean "Sungjong." In the way that you spelled it, there's a "u" in place of the "o."

It's good that you're working with something different. Seeing fics of the same pairing being written several times does get to be too much. It is refreshing to see something new. Myungmi, the Pinkfinite pairing of Myungsoo and Bomi, is a pair that I'd read two fics about.
