She pulled her arm around Myungsoo's shoulder and beamed a bright smile, "You know man, you've been my rock, why do you put up with me?"

the shy boy paused before placing a hand on hers, "cause I know if I'm not there for you, I could lose something important."

She smiled then, not really sure how deeply he'd meant it, not really sure that he eyes lingered on her longer then normal, not really sure that his heart was beating faster every time she smiled.

'I love you Amber Liu...'

(AN- This isn't a strictly Myungber story, It's an ANYBER fic which really means that I haven't quite decided who Amber should be with or even if, in the end, she does end up with someone. when writing stories I don't like deciding right off which couples will be in the story, generally I plan things out (the story and all that) but only really half of those planned ideas get put into the "finished" product and new ideas and inspirations tend to pop up out of nowhere that get into the story... it's just how I write, I'm not saying it's the best way, really I envy people who're able to stick to strict story lines but in the end I'm not one of them, I can't enjoy writing this if I feel as though everything has to be decided right then and there and organization (or spelling -.-) has never been my strong point...

I say this only because before writing Ferly I used to actually like Myungber- this story has made me decide my decision to stay away from "popular" couples is a good idea. I understand alot of people like couples like Myungber and Krisber and Keyber, and I genuinely love those couples as well but the last thing I want is for you to only like my stories simply because I've thrown a popular couple in there.

in truth, with all that said, the coupling aspect isn't really something I care about, I know alot of people go into stories (I know I do) because of the couple but with my stories that never occurred to me as important... I have the mind set that your main character, just like your self, can't rely on simply hanging on the coat tails of their significant other- while I have fun putting Amber with all of these guys I like to believe that she could be strong even with out them, that she doesn't need to be with anyone so in the end I can't really promise she'll be with anyone... I know, you're thinking of clicking away, how can I possibly believe a story with no definite couple can survive on a very frivolous site like this where couples are served in about 90% of the stories... well, I don't actually believe it can survive, part of me every time I post a chapter has the belief that people will forever be disappointed because it's not Myungber or even a couple of my own creation... I can't ask you to not feel that way, I mean when I search stories they're generally searched through certain "characters" simply because searching through plots is kind of difficult and well, I'm not gonna lie, I don't know every kpop idol out there. 

in the end I don't believe any of my stories have potential of becoming popular because I know on sites like this it is very important to go for popular characters/couples but I like to believe there are people like me out there that enjoy a good surprise, a good roller coaster of different ideas and relations and to really take a journey... because at the end of this I'd rather have people talking about the journey then about who she and anyone else gets with.

sorry for the long drawn out AN, I figured anyone going into this story needs to know that though so you guys aren't expecting something you might not get <3 as always thinks for Subs, reads and comments, they're always appreciated^^)
