Foreword
UNREQUITED LOVE
Seo Joo Hyun is an innocent girl who had never seen nor had a taste of real life before. All she had experienced is a life of luxury and ease. But despite this, Seohyun never grew up as a spoiled brat. She actually became a sympathetic and shy type of girl. Since her family is one of the richest family in the world, she was not allowed to go anywhere without security tagging along. Seohyun never complained about it either even though she knew that it wasn’t normal to have guards and other personnel follow you all around the entire day. Although Seohyun sometimes wonder what life would be without all these, she does not envy the normal people because she doesn’t even have the slightest idea about their lifestyle. She may learn about it from the media, but since her parents does not want her to see how difficult life can be in the real world, they prevented her from neither seeing nor hearing about it. Seohyun was home-schooled and had the best mentors possible. She is diligent and performs well in her lessons. She never had friends aside from the housemaids that accompany her every day. They have also grown to love the pleasant nature that Seohyun possess. But having lived her life like a fragile princess, Seohyun never knew that her life was about to change when her parents had a change of heart and decided that she would start studying in Shibuya as a regular student! Though her parent’s reasons were unclear, Seohyun agreed to it.
Seohyun had a shock on how liberated and outrageously different her life will be from now on compared to her so called normal life before. But as bad as it may seem, she meets two different girls who would become her best friends, namely Hyoyeon and Sooyoung. But it would actually take a lot more than trust in order for these three to truly become best friends. Seohyun would not only meet new friends but she would also have a personal experience of love and a taste of her first heartbreak through the most popular guy in Shibuya, Yonghwa. As Seohyun learns to cope up with the new lifestyle her parents placed her in, she would experience friendship, happiness, betrayal, love and the inevitable pain from heartbreak. As said, she would have an actual taste of reality. But the real question is, would she have a happy ending? And what does her parents’ real reason for sending her to a normal school have to do with that happy ending?
