I sat by the han river. I clutched the purse in my hand as I faced the river.

" I missed you." 

That dirty, intoxicating voice.

For a moment I felt my heart soften again. But no, I have to harden it. I have to. 

"Is there something wrong babe?"

I reluctantly pushed him away. It hurt for a moment, because somehow I know I'm never going to feel the warmth of those arms around my waist ever again.

"we're breaking up." I said softly. 

I said softly, calmy but firmly. However there was an undeniable waver in my lips, for I was afraid. 

" what? why?" Jonghyun said, his smile falling.

Maybe this is a mistake, me and Jonghyun are perfect, we should be together we should..we should not.

I closed my eyes and inhaled, and then I saw Onew's face.

Jonghyun took my hands in his and looked at me in the eyes. I shook his hands off before he could achieve his intended effect.

" You're cheating on me." I said.

" Since when?"

" Don't lie, I saw everything. "

Jonghyun just chuckled and then bit his lip, grabbing my chin.

" Babe, I have needs. if only you were legal, I'm actually respecting you. no? Would you have preferred if I force you into ?"

I paused for a moment.

" Lets forget all of this shiz okay babe?" Jonghyun smiled.

I'm losing a battle. I am losing a battle here, I need help, I felt powerless against everything. I was swimming against the tide.

" No I'm still breaking up with you."

Jonghyun paused, now his eyes shone with grim.

" What the hell is wrong with you?" He asked.

" I don't know. I know I got class tomorrow with Onew and just ing leave me alone ok." I said.

Jonghyun grabbed my wrist and exterted immense pressure on my wrist.

I yelped in pain.

" Let go you ." I said.

" who is this Onew?" He said, his eyes burning into mine.

" What the has it got to do with you?'

" Oh how ironic. First you accuse me of cheating, now you're the one cheating." his voiced burned, letting go of my wrist aburptly. I winced.

" dirty little cheat." He accused before driving off.

Jonghyun just laughed and then walked away, leaving me to squat down alone, by the han river in the chilly wind. Tears poured out of my eyes. every tear drop was warm, salty and different from the chilly surroundings.

I took out my phone and scrolled down.

Onew.

" O-onew?" I said into my phone.

"yeah. wait is something wrong?"

I broke into tears.

" Heunji. WHERE ARE YOU?" He yelled.

"I'm....I'm at the han river?"

" I'll be there in a jiffy."
