Back At The Bojogae House

An Angel's Promise To The Sky

LEETEUK and Sora are scheduled to film their We Got Married episode again. Leeteuk was informed by Kim Junghoon, the Super Junior Prince Manager about it and was told to bring something for the house.

"It will be a surprise for the two of you. Bring something that you would like to be in the house. The PD informed me that you must bring something that would make the house really your own." Junghoon told Leeteuk,

"Alright, hyung. I'll be there on time. Has Manager hyung informed Sora about it though?" Leeteuk asked, referring to Sora's manager,

"I don't know but you can go ahead if you like to do that too. I know that you will do that even if we don't tell you to." Junghoon replied,

Leeteuk suddenly remembered that they don't have any plants inside their apartment so he decided to get one before heading to the Dimple House. He called Sora while they were on the way,

"Yeobo-ya, where are you? I'm on my way home. The WGM crew is following our van." Leeteuk said when Sora answered her phone,

"Ne, Manager oppa is driving me there now. I will probably be there in 15 minutes or so, oppa."

"Sora-ya, when we see the house, don't act like you have already seen it. We have to act as if we're surprised, alright? They don't know that we went there a few weeks ago." Leeteuk said,

"Ne, oppa. I know that but you must do that too." Sora replied,

"Yeah. I'll try though." Leeteuk answered before they said their goodbyes to each other,

Leeteuk is waearing a white shirt, denim pants, white sneakers and an orange wind breaker jacket. He stood right next to the building gate where the Dimple House is located holding a pot of plant on his left hand, and waited for Sora, planning to surprise her when she comes.

One of the crew alerted Leeteuk when they saw Sora coming from the corner of the street, walking briskly towards the apartment building. Leeteuk immediately hid himself by the wall to hide from her.

Sora greeted the camera crew whom she thought are filming her instead of Leeteuk,

I thought oppa's here already

She was surprised when someone tapped both her shoulders and saw Leeteuk behind her,

"Oppa, where have you been?" Sora asked and immediately held his hand,

"I was at the side of the gate. I tried to hide from you. I thought you're going to look for me." Leeteuk answered and smiled at Sora, his cheeks are blushing really red.

"Oh, really? I didn't notice you there though." Sora answered regrettably,

"Did you miss me, Sora-ssi?" Leeteuk asked instead and gave a loving glance at Sora, but she didn't answer. Instead she was busy watching her steps on the stairs.

"Why are you not answering me? Didn't you?" he asked again when they reached the floor where the Dimple House is. Leeteuk stared at the closed door, a thought came to his mind and blushed again, "Sora-ssi..."

Sora turned her head and looked at Leeteuk with question in her eyes,

"Do you know what they say about newlywed houses?" he asked slowly and blushed again,

"What, oppa?" Sora asked back,

"They said the groom should carry their brides before entering the house for good luck." Leeteuk answered and about to carry Sora on his arms when she refused,

"Wae? It's tradition." Leeteuk said and pouted,

"Oppa, I'm heavy. I don't want to." Sora refused and turned her head down to hide her blushing cheeks,

Leeteuk just stared at Sora intently as if saying Arasso, but we're going to do that when we're married, Princess before reaching for the apartment's lock. Sora sort of understood the gaze and nodded slightly,

"Are you ready?" Leeteuk asked out loud and Sora nodded again, more visible this time.

Both of them exclaimed in surprise when they entered the Dimple House and uttered words of admiration on the design of their home to make it more believable for the WGM crew.

They proceeded to the living room and opened the bags they both carried. Sora brought the little trinkets they had when they were just starting WGM such as their wedding invitation, bubble microphones and even the handkerchief she asked Sungmin to use on wiping Leeteuk's sweat.

Sora also brought a pair of stuffed teddy bears that was given to her by Teukso fans when they spotted her by the airport and greeted her, she also has a cookbook as well, planning to cook some dishes for her husband,

When Leeteuk saw this, "You have to cook what's on this book for me, Sora-ssi." he suddenly said while scanning the dishes inside, "Can you do it?" he asked and grinned,

"I'll try, oppa." Sora replied and made herself busy with her paper bag again and saw something inside, "I also brought this, Leeteuk-ssi. I think this will be great."

Sora handed him a small figurine and Leeteuk was surprised that it was fertility dolls with lots of babies with them,

Princess, are you planning to make lots of babies?

"W - where should we put this?" Leeteuk just asked instead, the stutter in his voice noticeable.

One of the camera man slightly pointed the room and Sora took the hint, "Let's put it inside the room, oppa."

They went inside the room with one of the crew and placed the dolls in front of the mirror, Leeteuk went ahead on the bed and sat there and Sora followed the suit.

Leeteuk then remembered what happened on that same bed a few weeks ago that made him blush and grin at the same time. Sora seem to remember the same thing that made her blush and giggle as well.

The WGM crew continued filming them eventhough they are just grinning together, not meeting each other's gaze,

"Leeteuk-ssi must be thinking of something about Sora-ssi." One of the crew said, "I might be thinking of the same thing if Im beside a girl who's as beautiful as Sora-ssi."

Leeteuk heard this and decided to get off from the bed, "We might not come out of here if we stay on the bed, Sora-ssi." Leeteuk said. Sora seem to get what he said and reluctantly got off the bed as well.

The PD called a break for Leeteuk, Sora and the rest of the crew for their early meal. Leeteuk and Sora sat together with the crew, animatedly chatted with them as well.

"So, tell me. Do you have a crush on Sora-ssi?" Leeteuk asked the crew whom he heard spoke earlier during filming, and was sitting right in front of him at the dining table.

"Leeteuk-ssi, what are you saying?" the crew asked again, not getting what Leeteuk's question was,

"I was asking if you have a crush on Sora-ssi. You know, Kang Sora-ssi..." Leeteuk said and saying Sora's name by syllable,

The crew blushed and uttered, "Who's in his right mind if they won't develop a crush on Sora-ssi."

"Then I'm not in my right mind. I don't have a crush on Sora-ssi." Leeteuk said cooly,

"Y-you mean, you don't have a crush on her? Wae? Are you a man, Leeteuk-ssi?"

"So I'm not manly now because I told you I don't have a crush on her? Hah!" Leeteuk said and just grinned,

"I tell you, I'm man enough to take you on." Leeteuk said before started leaving the table,

"Oh, one more thing. You can't have Sora-ssi, because you're not me." he said after turning his back on the WGM crewman.

The Fading of Bright Stars

In the years we shared work spaces, seldom did our hours crossed. She worked night shifts, while I move around across different time zones to meet the demands of my profession. She was a luminary; a survivor of countless excisions when the demands of work is lesser than what is required of human resources. And if not for the months-long infirmity last year, she would have endured the most recent culling. She became part of the statistics, only to return when a colleague flew abroad to get married and live with her fiancé.

A fine lady in her early 30's, one would easily mistake her for an East Asian. Her eyes disappear when she smiles, and her porcelain skin is the envy of many. Her gauntly frame, albeit a cause of concern, hardly bothers any. Colleagues would tell she eats nothing but Chippy and Coke. But who are we to forbid her of such pleasures? She delivers, and for all we care, satisfied are we of her job performance.

Talk is an avocation the two of us hardly engage. Reason lies in office hierarchy, but more so, because we respect each other's solitary leanings. But this doesn't mean ambivalence, or hidden disdain. Words may have never articulated what my thoughts were, but I've always regarded her in high esteem.
