Daehyun looked around in a frenzy, knowing something must be wrong. All his senses were lighted at once and he was instantly reminded of the time when So Eun was almost robbed and he had saved her in his masked man get up.

Something was wrong.

Daehyun looked around, panting. "So Eun!" He hollered. "YAH KIM SO EUN!" his heart was pounding hard with similar fear. "WHERE ARE YOU!"

"Daehy-"

Her voice was muffled again as if someone tried to stuff a rag down . Daehyun immediately stopped outside one of the doors, his ears alert. "Dae-"

Daehyun tensed and kicked the door down, growling. He saw So Eun on the ground, struggling madly while the three boys from before, Yoo Sihyun, Jihoo and Minjoon, were gathered around her trying to undress her while one of them had a camera ready to take pictures for blackmail material.

Daehyun gave a roar and hurled himself at Yoo Sihyun who was ing So Eun's uniform. Sihyun sprawled on the floor in an unglamorous manner and Minjoon was so surprised that he dropped his camera. So Eun struggled from Jihoo's grip and pulled the dirty rag from . "Daehyun!" she sighed in relief.

Daehyun gathered her up and backed away from the boys who were already recovering from the shock. "Yah it's Bang Yongguk's new lackey!" Jihoo recognised.

Daehyun eyed the three boys and calculated in his mind if he had a chance of beating them. Apparently not, as he eyed their large bulges of muscles. Daehyun's hand slid from So Eun's shoulders to her hand, intertwining their fingers.

So Eun swallowed, looking up at him nervously. Daehyun cocked his head to the door discreetly and So Eun nodded, understanding.

Daehyun looked back at the three boys who were closing up on them. "Another lackey, hyung." Minjoon pointed. "What should we do? Go on with the original plan?"

Sihyun almost rolled his eyes at the stupidity of his lackey. "Beat them to pulp duh. Now." he ordered.

It was their cue. Daehyun whipped around and pulled So Eun with him, running out of the door. His legs were screaming with strain as he ran, making sure So Eun was okay while she followed and mentally thanking the Gods that she had on proper foorwear that day.

The climbing the entire afternoon had already drained their energy enough and Daehyun hoped that it had drained the boys' energy more than it had to theirs. Daehyun tightened his hold on So EUn's hand and pulled her on, looking back.

The boys were following them and shortening the distance steadily since they were still guys. "Come on, faster." Daehyun whispered. "They're catching up."

So Eun didn't dare risk a glance and she panted, trying to keep up with Daehyun's steps. "I can't, Daehyun." she panted, wanting to cry. "I'm so tired."

"You can." Daehyun released her hand, only to wrap his arm around her waist and pulling her forward. So Eun's back seared from his touch and she felt her entire back burn as if it was on fire. Her legs sped up unknowingly and Daehyun pulled her along, encouraging her. "We're reaching, look Yongguk hyun's just there."

So Eun looked forward and nearly collasped in relief when he saw the rest of the BAP boys at the end of the road. So Eun ran as fast as she could with Daehyun by her side. Yongguk was the first to see them and he raced towards the two, frowning. "Yah what happened?"

"Behind." Daehyun hollered, pointing back.

Yongguk's eyes travelled from So Eun and Daehyun to the boys behind them and he fumed, angry that those bastards would trifle with his friends. "YAH YOO SIHYUN!" he growled angrily like the Hulk from Avengers. Yoo Sihyun stopped immediately, sensing that they were outnumbered.

He grabbed onto both his lackeys and stopped. "Yah yah turn around! Turn around!" he growled, turning back and running fast. Minjoon and Jihoo stopped and looked around frantically for their leader, only to find that he had gone off before them. "YAH HYUNG!!!" And they ran off.

Daehyun and So Eun finally stopped, panting madly. So Eun's knees buckled under her and Daehyun grabbed her before she fell, as So Eun naturally leaned against him. "Woah."

"What happened?" Jongup asked as he helped So Eun to a bench to sit down. "Why were you two running away from them three?"

"I was chasing after the kite when that Yoo Sihyun pulled me into a random room." So Eun muttered, accepting a hot chocolate drink from Zelo. "And then they stuffed this rag into my mouth and wanted to undress me to take pictures." she felt uneasy at that thought. "Thank goodness I kicked Yoo Sihyun in the crotch once before that."

"That's my daughter." Himchan sounded pleased. He looked at Daehyun. "And then you found her?"

Daehyun nodded, running through his fingers through his hair as he drank the hot chocolate. "Thank goodness for that." Jongup murmured.

Daehyun couldn't help but agree. Yes, thank goodness.

"Cheers!"

So Eun laughed and drank her soju, smiling merrily. The gang had joined the rest of the school after the little incident with the Jido High boys. The students were gathered in a homey eatery that was filled to the brim with Kyungnam high students and they were all gobbling down the food and the ones of legal ages were drinking soju.

But then again the teachers were too drunk and happy to care if the underaged ones were drinking as well.

"Maknae! You aren't supposed to drink that!" So Eun grabbed the cup of soju from Zelo's hands. Zelo turned to take her own cup in return. "You aren't of legal age either. Open one eye and close the other, noona. Pretend I didn't see you drinking." he hiccuped.

So Eun made a face as she gave him back his cup and took hers, sipping. "I didn't know alcohol tasted like this." she wrinkled her nose. "Funny."

"Don't drink too much you." Himchan flicked her forehead,  but he was getting giddy himself.

"This is a party we need to get high!" Youngjae nudged Yongguk. "We need some rap!"

Yongguk brushed the idea off but the fangirls caught what Youngjae said and all of them cheered. Yongguk had performed his raps before in school perfomances and he had collaborated with a girl called Song Ji Eun before and they sang a song called Going Crazy. It had been such a hit at that time.

"Aww come on, be a sport hyung." Himchan encouraged. "Just a short one."

"Aish arraso." Yongguk stood up and grabbed an empty soju bottle as a mike.

"WHOOHOO!!!" The boys cheered and the fangirls squealed. Yongguk got down, suddenly embarrassed and he took a swig of soju. Daehyun couldn't help but feel impressed at his rapping skills. Yongguk's deep voice was really suited for it and he looked really suave.

"You were really suave, Yongguk!" So Eun gave thumbs up. Daehyun couldn't help but feel a tug of jealousy when she said that.

"Let's play rock paper scissors and the person who loses has to do a shot." Zelo suggested, giggling. "I watched dramas." "Ayye what shows have you been watching?" Youngjae made a face. "But okay. Let's play."

"Rock, Paper, Scissors!"

So Eun made a face and pouted. She raised her cup and Yongguk filled it up. So Eun raised her cup to show them it's contents and she gulped it down in one gulp, squeezing her eyes shut as she did so. "Tastes strange." So Eun gagged.

"Next round!"

They played or a good five rounds and Daehyun didn't know what was wrong with her luck or something, but So Eun kept on losing. He watched her drink cup after cup of soju and couldn't help but feel worried. He knew what alcohol did to people.

The next time So Eun lost again, Daehyun stopped her. "I'll drink up for her." Daehyun snatched the drink and downed it quickly. So Eun let out a drunk giggle and clapped. "Whoohoo!" she hiccuped.

"This game isn't fun." Youngjae complained. "So Eun keeps losing. Let's do something else. Daehyun hyung, don't you have any talents to show us?"

Daehyun grew self concious and slightly giddy from the alcohol. "Talents?" he echoed.

"Like singing or rapping like what Yongguk hyung did. I can do dancing." Jongup suggested. "Show us some talent, Daehyun hyung. Sing a song!"

"Sing a song! Sing a song! Sing a song!" the fangirls chanted. So Eun too clapped along with them and laughed merrily, wanting to see Daehyun perform. Daehyun glanced at her and she nodded at him encouragingly.

Daehyun stood up unsurely, looking at the half-drunk crowd. "I'm going to sing."

"WHOOHOOOOO!!!" A teacher cheered, red in the face.

Daehyun took a deep breath and sang into the soju bottle.

Daehyun sighed softly as he finished. That was what he was, wasn't it? Unable to die, immortal. He was unbreakable.

So Eun was staring at him with wide eyes as he finished, clapping wildly with the rest of the students. The party went on but Daehyun couldn't help but notice how So Eun was staring at him the entire time. Or perhaps he had been staring as well.

As the dinner finished and everyone piled into the bus, Daehyun was the last to board as he helped a drunken So Eun up. Her alcohol capacity wasn't great, as proven tonight.

Jongup was too tired to fuss over So Eun and he fell asleep right away, leaving So Eun to sit with Daehyun. Her head bobbed up and down for a few uncomfortable minutes until it found his broad shoulders, settling there comfortably and snuggling closer.

Daehyun froze and watched her, his heart pounding.

"Daehyun..." she mumbled.

Daehyun glanced at her, curling a lock of hair behind her ear. "Yeah?" he murmured.

"Daehyun is..." So Eun hiccuped, her eyes closed. "So handsome!" she clapped, grinning. "When singing...so handsome." she muttered. "My savior." Her head dropped back onto his shoulders.

Daehyun's gaze softened and he wrapped an arm around her, cuddling her closer.

Yes, he was her savior. Forever.
