Hi everyone!

Just wanted to check-in with you and get your feedback on how you feel the story is going. How is the story for you? Is it too fast/too slow? Are you enjoying it so far? Is there anything I can do better?

I'd like to clarify a few things.

Firstly, regarding the number of chapters per case. Generally, I'm aiming to have 10-12 chapters per case. I think this case has gone on for a while now, so I do plan to try to crunch out 4-5 chapters by this week and finish case 1 by this week. Case 1 was always meant to be a more introductory case, so I don't want to drag things out too much. So, please tune in! 

Secondly, regarding the pacing. I know it's been moving quite slowly for the characters, but I do intend for the story to have a more mellow vibe. What I'm more concerned about is you feeling confused that I'm skipping between characters for every chapter, so you feel like you can't follow the flow for a specific character. I meant for case 1 to have a mishmash of introductory backstories for each of the main characters, so that's why it seems a little more high-level, mysterious. But! For the next four cases moving forward, each case will zero into one-two character backstories, so I won't be flitting back and forth between too many character backstories all at once.

(Just as a spoiler, case 2 will be focused on Johnny.)
