Kim Jongin lives a double life. One day he will be the prince of planet Exo and some other day he can be Kai, the rapper/dancer in the boyband Exo. Well let me explain this. Kim Jongin used to live on his own planet Exo. This planet Exo is almost the same as the Earth we all know except for the fact that everybody there has special powers. The prince's power is teleportation. But at the age of thirteen Kim Jongin was send to Earth to learn more about the humans. On Earth there are still many people who are originally from planet Exo. His father also set up a boyband named Exo with a storyline behind it that said that they have powers. This way no one will ever suspect a thing. Because if the boys will ever make a mistake or their powers are shown on a picture or video people will think it's just a special effect.

But now that he is seventeen his father told him to find a bride to marry so he can become a king. If he will not be able to find himself a woman to marry he will also not be crowned a king. All this has to be done before the age of twenty-one.The only problem for Kai is  that he never actually had a real conversation or let alone spoke to any girl. He thinks the girls on Earth are always exaggerating things and that they're too emotional. Will the future king of planet Exo be able to find himself true love?

Bang Kyungae on the other hand lives a pretty normal life. Or so she thought... Kyungae didn't have many people around her as she grew up, only her two brothers and her mother. Her father died when she was just one year old. Unfortunately her mother also died when she was sixteen years old. The only two people who were there for her were her two brothers. Her mom was from planet Exo but she stayed on Earth because of Kyungae her dad. They truly loved each other. Her two brothers know about the special powers and everything. They're just to over-protective to tell her, and since she didn't show any signs of any of the powers they decided to keep it a secret from her. On her seventeenth birthday she started to notice some unusual things. The brothers noticed it and transferred her to a new school. Kyungae wasn't bothered by that at all because her two best friends also go to that school.

But when she arrived at that school she noticed why she had been transferred...
