Yoo Jae Suk

The main host or MC of the show, plays a major role for the "Wake-Up Mission" on the second day morning, as well as during games. He is also called the Grasshopper, the 'Dumb' brother from the Dumb and Dumber pairing with Dae-sung and as part of the Nation Siblings with Lee Hyo-ri.

Lee Hyori

The "female master" of the show and occasional MC. The Nation's Fairy plays the role of the person who sometimes coincides with Yu Jae-suk, yet sometimes contradicts him and fools around. She is called the 'mom' or 'madam', Former Fairy, and Nation Siblings with Yu Jae-suk. She also has a cat-lion relationship with Kim Jong-kook, while also frequently paired together with him for love lines (fictional romance).

Kim Soo Ro

The Game Devil of the show for his strong physical performances. He is one of the more strong and athletic family members when participating in games. He also enjoys picking on Lee Chun-hee, acquiring the title Stepmother Kim. Due to his occasional childish and playful antics, he gained the title Little Boy Su-ro.

Yoon Jong Shin

The old man of the show, he always needs the care and attention of the rest of the family members. He is viewed as the best at "making the seasoning" for cooking on the show. He is often called sickly, old man, and Forty Brothers with Kim Su-ro.

Kang Dae Sung

Far from his national-idol-Big Bang image, assists Yu Jae-suk in gags and is seen as a younger brother to him. He's called the 'Dumber' brother with Yu Jae-suk's Dumb and Dumber. He is also called Small Eye Brothers with Kim Jong-kook.

Kim Jong Kook

Frequently called "Kim Kook-jong" on the show, particularly when being teased by Yu Jae-suk and Lee Hyo-ri. Originally having an awkward relationship with Lee Hyo-ri, and eventually Park Ye-jin, they later develop into "romance scandals". He also retorts Yu Jae-suk and Yoon Jong-shin.

Park Hae Jin

Seen as a Delicate Boy because of his weak physical performances in games and "Wake-Up Missions". He constantly retorts Yu Jae-suk. He is sometimes called the unlucky man because of his constant failures during games. He is occasionally coached by Kim Jong-kook to develop strength.

Park Ye Jin

Originally seeming as a pleasant, sweet lady, she later shows her true colors as the Sweet and Vicious or Sweet and Savage Miss Ye-jin through her nonsense and tenacious ways in preparing fish and chickens for meals, as well as her bravery towards capturing them.

Lee Chun Hee

Inhabiting the image of Chunderella and Clumsy Chun-hee, he originally appeared to be a strong player, but was later determined to be naive and clumsy. He is constantly picked on by Kim Su-ro.

Kim Won Hee

Shown as being "usually weak", Kim Won-hee acts as the "female master" and moderator of the show.

Yoon Sang Hyun

Yoon Sang-hyun is known as an "Entertainment Newbie" while still familiarising himself with being funny and is usually picked on.

Ji Sang Ryul

Ji Sang-ryul usually sides with Kim Won-hee and Shin Bong-sun.

Shin Bong Sun

Also acting as a "female master" of the show, she enjoys controlling Ji Sang-ryul and Yoon Sang-hyun.

Im Yoon Ah

The youngest member of the family, Yoona seems to have superior strength and beauty.

Ok Taecyeon

Normally seen as a "beastly idol", Taecyeon is just as "beastly" in the Family.

Jo Kwon

Known to be flamboyant and emotional, Jo Kwon claims to be an entertainer veteran.

Kim Heechul

Hee-chul likes to act as the MC of the show.

Jang Dong Min

Jang Dong-min uses furious gags towards other members of the Family
