[A/N:] DOUBLE UPDATE!!~ A long rant >__< A het rec, at last!

Honestly,

The thing about chaptered fics is that, it’s hard to look for a good one.

{I apologize in advance if ever I’ll offend anyone with this}

My problem with most of chaptered fics here on AFF (especially het ones with overwhelming numbers of chapters~ like 40+ or something) is the slow pacing of the story caused by the abusive use of lots and lots of filler chapters.

I’m quite an impatient reader, and filler chapters make the flow of the story much slower and, at some point boring, where you’d actually beg for something to happen. Honestly, it’s a good thing to give people a break and give them filler chapters, but not too much, because the story might really lack depth and lose…thrill (?)

Filler chapters are sometimes mostly made up of so many (unnecessary) character interactions, with all the ‘not really’ significant dialogues. If tons of verbs were put in one paragraph with fewer descriptions makes the entire thing dull, trust me.

I can also say that I’m in love with the art of descriptive/creative writing---because adroit descriptions do the magic, it’s like painting a picture in your readers’ mind~ a really powerful writing technique. It’s more important to let the readers get close as possible firsthand account of events that really happened, not just a simple story-telling.

Another thing why it took me so long to post a ‘Het Rec’ is that, I’m not really a big fan of ‘You’ stories, well~ there will always be exemptions though, especially if it’s going to be worth reading it.

And lastly, the updates >___< ~ I really can’t wait to post this up, it’s just I don’t really want to post an ‘on-going’ story. Also, it’s also hard to pick a good story to post here so…
