CHAPTER 21
Lost LoveSohee:
I woke up with a refreshed feeling, today was a new day and I had to catch up with the gang. I wonder how the party went, for sure better than my evening. I went to the bathroom and took a shower and did my business. I dressed in shorts and a casual T-Shirt. I went down for breakfast. I saw that everybody was already there.
“Good morning!” I said cheerfully.
“Good morning, looks like someone is in a good mood.” Oppa said teasingly, wriggling his eyebrows.
“Leave your sister alone. Good morning dear.” Mom reprimanded my brother who was pouting.
“So what are planning for today?” Unni asked.
“I’m not sure. I think I’ll go meet the gang. I missed a get together yesterday.” I said nonchalantly.
“Don’t take too long.” Appa said.
“Okay, I won’t. I’ll just have lunch with them.” I replied.
“Can I come with?” Unni asked.
“Yeah sure.” I said mischievously.
“Don’t start. I can too.” She said smugly, with a glint in her eyes.
“In what code are you both speaking? Girls seriously.” Oppa said, shaking his head.
“You don’t need to know. It doesn’t concern you.” Unni said.
“Whatever, I’ll be busy too. I think I won’t be home today.” He said, informing the parental.
“Where are you going?” I asked curiously.
“Boys night out.” He replied getting up. “Bye ya’ll, see you all tomorrow.”
“Looks like it’ll be only us today, yeobo. What should we do?” Ueomma asked, looking at Appa.
“Let’s go and have lunch with our friends too. We haven’t been able to meet them for so long.” Appa said, eating his breakfast.
“Well see you all later. Let’s go sis.” I said. “Annyeonng Appa, Ueomma.”
“Bye pa, ma.” Unni shouted, coming out from the dining room.
We went out and got in the car. I gave the direction to our chauffeur. I called up Sunmi and it rang thrice then she picked up.
“Yeobseyeo?” Sunmi said.
“Sunmi-ah, are we meeting in the café?” I asked.
“Oh yeah, the others are joining too.” She replied.
“Oh okay, Unni is coming too.” I said.
“Awesome!” she shrieked.
I took the phone far from my ear and I said “Okay then see you later.”
Before she could reply I hung up.
“What was that about?” Unni asked.
“Sunmi being herself.” I said indifferently.
“I missed that girl. She always knows how to make my day.” She said laughing.
“Oh you mean, how she makes a fool of herself. Sure.” I replied, amused.
“Yeah, that too.” She replied contentedly.
“We reached, Miss.” Our chauffeur stated. “Do I need to wait?”
“Aniyo Ahjusshi, we’ll go back by our self. Khamsamida!” I said getting out.<
