The screen jumped a little as the other party continued typing. 

 

With all these activities lined up, we're in for a good time, I promise!

We'll have fun and get even closer to each other! It'll be our mission this time round, okay? 

 

Xiu Min's fingers landed on each character on the keyboard forcefully yet cautiously as he struggled to find a suitable reply, then realizing that his fingers hit backspace with every word that was typed out. 

 

I've got to go now, hyung!

I have to board the plane in ten minutes. Gotta prepare. Hehe, I'll get to see you soon! I'm so excited!!

 

And with that, the other party logged off, even before Xiu Min had the chance to type bye.

 

"Talk about efficiency," Xiu Min muttered to himself, as he logged off as well. He let out a big sigh as he thought about how awkward it would be when Baekhyun, the guy from earlier, arrives to stay with him for two whole weeks. 

 

Not that Xiu Min wasn't close with Baekhyun, he is. In fact, he gets along with Baekhyun so well, they could be considered as each other's best friends. Soul mates, even. 

 

Online. 

 

The two had met up before, once or twice, when Baekhyun came to Seoul for a holiday. But despite how close they were online, it was still awkward when they met in real life. It's just different, typing from behind a screen and actually seeing the person face to face, and Xiu Min isn't used to actually seeing Baekhyun. 

 

Xiu Min sighed as he looked around his apartment, mind filled with every possible awkward situations that the two could encounter. 

 

He took a look around his apartment again, this empty and quiet apartment which would be occupied by two once Baekhyun arrived. He sighed, again, his mind filled with endless questions for their awkwardness as he drove to the airport to pick Baekhyun up. 

 

It'll be fine, Xiu Min, it'll be fine. I think.

i was discussing about the above picture with my friend aka beta reader jhklove (yes, her again, i know :X) and i passed off the comment whereby the two may be best friends online or something and she reminded me that it was possible because M & K said that they contact each other online often. or something like that. so.. yep. :D
