KIm was a typical girl when she was growing up. Masayahin, very romantic at heart and she really really really believes in love and happily ever after. She grew up in a middle class family, solong anak and his father used to work in Anderson Industries till he passed away because of heart attack when she was 16. Her mom naman mananahi sa isang garment factory and madalas pang katu katulong si Kim magdala ng mga retaso pauwi sa bahay then they will try to make things out of those retaso and swerte namang nabebenta naman ito as basahan or table cloth. At a young age natuto na siyang mag trabaho and she knows the value of hard work. She had crushes before pero never nagkaroon ng serious relationship.

She took up management in college and there she met Melissa and Erich and instanly nagkaroon ng bond sa kanilang tatlo. Mga maykaya sa buhay ang mga kaibigan niya and laging handang tumulong kay Kim pag may time na nangangailangan siya and sinusuklian naman niya ang kabaitan ng mga ito. Never naging issue and yaman sa kanilang tatlo, ganyan kabait ang mga kaibigan ni Kim.

Normal naman ang pagdadalaga nila, may mga suitors and naunang nagka boyfriend ang dalawa, ang katwiran niya hindi pa niya nakikilala ang kanyang prince charming till she met Don in their 3rd year in college. Varsity player sa school, gwapo, habulin ng mga babae and mayaman, parang typical story sa mga pocketbooks, yun bang happily ever after but it's the other way around. Kim's a working student mula pa nung 2nd year siya, she used to work in a fast food store three times a week after school to help her mom and para may magastos sa pag aaral.

Everything was okay sa pagkakaalam niya with regards to her lovelife, okay lang sa kanya na hindi siya sinusundo ni Don after work or even ihatid man lang, may klase daw kasi or practice. Pag napupuna nila Mel yun defend naman agad siya. Minsan sinasabi na lang niya na siya ang may kulang kasi wala siyang time lumabas kasama nito kasi after class diretso siya sa food store or need mag aral, ni never pa siyang nahalikan nito kasi ayaw niya na kinagalit nito. The biggest blow came to her life one day when her mom got pnemonia and passed away, she was 18. Ang lungkot niya non and ni hindi man lang nakitaan ng pagdamay si Don. Their relationship ended when one day she was assigned to go to another branch of the store because of staffing issues and there her heart was broken because she saw Don with another girl and they're kissing and it's infront of her. When she confronted him pinahiya pa siya nito infront of the girl and mga friends nito and sinabing "How can I love a poor girl like you. Na challenge lang ako sa yo". From that time on she became cold with regards to the opposite unless it's only friendship they offer. Pag nanligaw na she turns cold and unapproachable.

Nagkaroon siya ng trust issues after non and since that time wala na sa vocabulary niya ang love. She started working sa Anderson Industries when she was 20 part time lang because she's still studying. She got the opportunity after her mom died when some of the employee who knows her family asked her to apply and the rest is history.
