Asmodis: Master of the Hell, evil and cruel. Dislikes humans.

Dominus: Master of the Heaven. God.

Jessica Jung: Asmodis' eldest daughter, his successor. She's currently a guardian of a main gate to Hell and she's obsessed with a mortal girl that keeps coming there. Austere, hates bright and cute things.

Kwon Yuri: Mortal girl, unbearably handsome. Loner, college student. For some reason enjoys cemetery atmosphere.

Tiffany Hwang: An angel, Jessica's complete opposite, but also her best friend. Bubbly, hyper, pink-obsessed, fascinated by humans. 

Kim Taeyeon: Commander in Hell. Jessica's friend. Dorky, but serious at times. Very capable.

Krystal Jung: Jessica's younger sister. Likes to hang out with humans. A little bit irresponsible. Likes to argue with Taeyeon.

Im Yoona: Yuri's younger step sister. Distrustful.
