Title /5: Is the title weird? Does it make sense? Attractive? Confusing?
Appearance /5: Is there a poster?(exception for oneshots) Does the poster and background fit the story?
Description & Foreword: Do readers get a good impression on what the fic is about? Description too vague? 
Plot /30: Cliche? Common? Clear? Confusing? Unique?
Grammar & Vocabulary /30: Any mistakes? Big mistakes that lead to confusion? Can use better words?
Flow /10: Is the story flowing too fast or too slow?
Interest /5: Did it interest me?
