People can be so interesting. Not their stories per se, but their daily routine and their behavior. Take for example that man on the platform, the one who’s dressed in suit with a briefcase in his hand. He frequently checks his watch. Probably on his way to office, and if you will, running a little late.

Yes, definitely afraid of being late. He’s looking at the platform’s clock and at the timetable of departures. With the absence of a train, he walks up to a conductress and starts asking things, but of course we are unable to hear, for we have kept a distance and that’ll be the end of our observation.

Heeyoung loves to observe, as much as she would deny that it gives a little excitement in her, in her own words, “boring and fruitless” life. Watching strangers is somehow comforting and reassuring.
