Likes: She loves to get manicures and pedicures. She legit has over 20 bottles of nail polish in her dorm for whenever she feels like changing her nail color.
Ava is a history nerd. Most of the books she reads have to deal with the history of other cultures.
She likes to work on wood carvings and making wood animals. Her favorite is a big wild cat she made.
Whenever she can, she goes to her dad’s wood shop and cut out cute little animals for the members to wear as a charm on a necklace.
She likes to beat boys in dance competitions

Ava loves mango more than any other fruit.

Dislikes:Ava hates her hands. She feels like since she helped her dad with wood cutting in the shop for many years she has rough hands.

She hates being scolded in front of other people. Since she is the one who gets scolded the most over what she says, this happens a lot.

Habits: One of Ava's habits is applying hand cream about 10 times a day. Even though other's have said she doesn't have rough hands she can't help but apply cream.
Whenever someone sneezes she says “Bless you” even if it’s someone walking down the street who she doesn’t know.
Cursing in English whenever she messes up or is annoyed.
Talking back when she really shouldn’t, she is making baby steps toward keeping shut, though.
One of her worst habits is getting riled whenever someone dismisses what she says, meaning they just don’t take her seriously.

She got a tattoo when she turned 18 of a black dragon on her upper back. She managed to hide it for a couple of weeks until they had to go to a fitting and the stylists saw. She was this close to being kicked out.
Ava likes to work with wood whenever she needs time to herself.
She isn’t a frequent smoker, only smoking whenever she needs five minutes of peace.
She has absolutely no aegyo. She hates whenever people force her to do it because she ends up making a fool of herself.

Her style is very weird, she mixes dressing y with urban.

Personality: Ava style is a mixture of urban chick and girly girl. She can be both intimidating and sweet. She seems cold at first since it takes a while for her to open up to you but once she has, she is friendly. Ava is definitely a rebel, always has been. She got her first tattoo when she was 17 with her sister’s consent. Her parent’s almost killed her since she got it on her arm where everyone can see. Another example is when Ava got another tattoo on her upper back when she was a trainee, going against the wishes of the company. They eventually found out and almost kicked her out. Ava doesn’t think much of her rebellious nature since she thinks it’s not a big deal as long as she doesn’t end up hurting others. She is discouraged easily and gives up on many things but when she sets her mind on something that she knows she is capable of doing, nothing cans top her. One of her worst traits is the fact that she is far to challenging and hot headed.
If she feels like something she is doing or seeing is wrong, she will call that out and a lot of the time the company doesn’t like it. Ava finds it very hard to admit she is wrong or to take orders. She has a dark, weird, awkward American sense of humor and doesn't hide it. Since her humor is very American sometimes she comes of as unlady like which bothers her IMMENSELY. Ava is very bothered by the fact that she thinks she isn't womanly or pretty enough. Ava thinks she is too blunt compared to other girls and thinks that she turns off boys from approaching her so when a guy does show interest in her she is immediately smitten. She falls very easily for guys but the thing is she won’t show it.

How you came to be you: Ava was born Park Ha Ra in Los Angeles. Ava’s family is of working class, her dad is the owner of a woodshop that makes handmade furniture. She has an older sister. Ava's parent's got married at a fairly young age which is where her approval of marrying young comes from. Her dad, Park Dong Sun met Ava's mother, Carmen, the year he came to American on vacation. They got married almost 2 years later and started a family. When Ava was 12 and her sister was 14, the family left for South Korea since her dad decided to open up a wood shop in Seoul..
The fact that Ava’s dad married a foreigner, especially a woman of color caused a lot of pointing and whispering from others whenever they would walk down the street.
She worked at her father’s wood shop where they made hand made wood furniture. Ava was still in high school when she auditioned for SM so school was what she focused on during the day. Or tried to. Even though she had been in South Korea for a couple of years she still couldn’t get used to the 8+ hours of school she would have to attend during the week. She was an okay student since she tried her best to focus . She did great in her English and History classes but the rest were ok. After she would get home from school she would either help out in the shop and work on some wood furniture or go to a dance class. During the weekends was when her life was solely dedicated to rap. She would sneak into wherever there was a freestyle contest or a show and just take in as much as she could.

What inspired her to become an idol was watching her role model Yoon Mi Rae be able to be popular and have success as a Korean of mixed heritage. Ava honestly did not think of trying to make a career out of music until she saw Yoon Mi Rae and realized ‘Hey, if she can do it, so can I’. The thing that pushed Ava into becoming a idol rapper and singer instead of an under ground artist was that she thought it was time for the kpop industry to be introduced to a Real female rapper who can compose her own lyrics and be able to freestyle.

BoA/ 25/ BoA is a hardworking artist. She knows when to be serious and work but she can also chill and relax. Boa helped Ava a lot with her singing when Ava was a trainee and now Ava goes to her whenever she needs help. They have a very cat and mouse relationship. They like to poke fun at each other but it’s all in good fun.

*Friends : Eunhyuk/ 26/ Super Junior/ He is definitely someone who you can have a fun time with. He is someone who can make you feel better if you’ve had a bad day/ Ava met Eunhyuk when Hyoyeon was helping her practice getting choreography down right. Hyoyeon brought Eunhyuk down so that he could help Ava and they hit it off. Eunhyuk is the only person who Ava really likes to shower with physical affection, but only because she knows how uncomfortable it makes him.

Bom/ 28/ 2ne1/ Bom and Ava also have a sisterly relationship. Bom helped Ava out a lot on improving her singing.



*Rival : Yuri/ SNSD/ 22/ Yuri is the most prideful out of the SNSD members/ She can be very sweet but when she is focused on something she becomes a force to be reckoned with. Reason for Being Your Rival: Ava considers Yuri her rival because in SNSD Yuri is considered the y member of SNSD and you can say that Ava would be considered that too. Not to mention that both of them love to dance y. They have a habit of trying to one up each other whenever they are near each other or both groups are at an event together. How You Become Rivals: Ava doesn’t like the fact that CL doesn’t really write her own raps, only some. Or the fact that when CL does ‘freestyle’ it’s just a rap she wrote before hand. Ava is trying to show how a real female rapper is suppose to be. CL oozes charisma. She is a powerful artist who knows how to work the stage. She can be both tough and cute. Ava feels somewhat intimidated by her because even though Ava thinks CL is a weak rapper, CL will always be seen as ‘The Baddest Female in Seoul’.

 Love Interest: Changmin/24/ DBSK/

 Personality: He is very strong and resilient. He has many sides to him, he knows when to be serious and when to have fun. He takes his job very seriously and won’t settle for anything less than perfect. He does not take to kindly to people who show disrespect. He is a very sarcastic person and will choose food over anything.

 How you act around him: Ava doesn’t really like Changmin in the beginning because of their first encounter, she thinks he’s annoying and he thinks she is disrespectful and daring. They often exchange sarcastic and sharp words around eachother. Very quickly, though he begins to admire and like the fact that Ava is very fiery and strong which is a surprise since he never thought he would take interest in a head strong female like Ava.

 How you met: the new girl group was to have a dance training session with DBSK and SNSD. Ava was a little star struck and made a couple mistakes through out the class. Once it was over the members introduced themselves and lunch was served. Ava had been eating next to Hyoyeon and Eunhyuk and they were being their usual weird selves. Eunhyuk suddenly called Changmin over and Ava felt incredibly awkward and intimidated next to him since he asked her how come she hadn’t picked up better dancing around these two. Quick as a whip Ava asked when he was going to stop screaming and start singing. She couldnt think of a better comeback. It's safe to say that she didnt leave a very good impression on Changmin.

Training: They way that Ava had been found was because she had posted a video of her rapping and it somehow had gotten close to a million views in a short period of time which caused SM to track her down and ask her to audition. Ava’s trainee life was the hardest thing she felt she had to go through. It was constant hard work. Ava had the most trouble with her singing lessons. It took a while for her voice to mature but with hard work her voice became one of the things she is most proud of. Ava had to have more practice with rapping in Korean since she could rap better in English than Korean. She was the trainee who was scolded the most.
